1 Affordable Housing Open House Sunday, September 16, 2012 IMPORTANT Please Read 1. Yard Signs -- Please place the Affordable Housing Open House yard sign at featured property no later than Friday, Sept. 14, Online Packet Please download the online packet, which includes the participant s instruction sheet, prize drawing registration form, sponsor poster and sponsor promotional fliers, at ColumbusRealtors.com/ahopenhouse. Make as many copies of the online packet as you deem appropriate to distribute at your open house. A copy of the sponsorship poster should be posted prominently at your open house. 3. Collect prize drawing entry forms from prospective buyers attending your open house. Make sure they answer the survey question on the form. 4. Return your Affordable House yard sign and your completed prize drawing forms to the office where you picked up your sign no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 18, (Please note that no drawing forms will be accepted via fax). FYI: The complete list of homes featured on the tour will appear in the Columbus Dispatch real estate classified section on Sunday, Sept. 16, and will be available on CBR s website at ColumbusRealtors.com/ahopenhouse. As you follow up with the prospects that toured your home, please let us know of any success stories.
