Young Conaway served as counsel to OCZ Technology Group, Inc. and its affiliated debtors in their chapter 11 proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. There debtors were formed in 2002 and were a global leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of high-performance solid-state storage solutions and premium computer components. Furniture Brands International, Inc. Young Conaway served as co-counsel, with Paul Hastings, to Furniture Brands International, Inc. and certain of this affiliates in their chapter 11 proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court of the District of Delaware. On the petition date, the debtors were a world leader in designing, manufacturing, sourcing, and retailing home furnishings. Southern Air Holdings, Inc. Young Conaway serves as co-counsel to Southern Air and certain of its affiliates in their chapter 11 proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The Debtors are FAA-certificated providers of long-haul, wide-body air cargo transportation services. With the assistance of Young Conaway, the Debtors currently have a plan of reorganization pending confirmation. NewPage Corporation Young Conaway acts as co-counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Newpage Corporation, et al., in their Chapter 11 proceeding pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. As of the petition date, the Debtors comprised the largest coated paper manufacturer in North America based on production capacity. Autobacs Strauss Inc. Young Conaway served as lead counsel to Autobacs Strauss Inc. in its chapter 11 proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The Debtor was a leading regional retailer of after-market automotive parts and accessories and an operator of automotive service centers throughout New York, New Jersey and the Philadelphia and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania areas. With Young Conaway's guidance, the Debtors successfully confirmed their joint plan of reorganization and emerged from bankruptcy protection on October 6, In re Basin Water, Inc.

4 Young Conaway served as lead counsel to Basin Water, Inc. and certain of its affiliates, in their chapter 11 proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga, California, the Debtors design, build and implement systems for the treatment of contaminated groundwater, industrial process water, and air streams from municipal and industrial sources. Under the guidance of Young Conaway, the Debtors successfully liquidated their assets, confirmed a joint plan of liquidation and emerged from bankruptcy protection on February 1, Nortel Networks UK Limited Young Conaway serves as counsel for Alan Robert Bloom, Christopher Johon Wilkinson Hill, Alan Michael Hudson and Steven John Harris, in their capacity as joint administrators and foreign representatives of Nortel Networks UK Limited in proceedings under the Insolvency Act 1986, pending before the High Court of Justice of England and Wales. Sun-Times Media Group, Inc. Young Conaway acted as co-counsel to Sun-Times Media Group and certain of its affiliates in their chapter 11 proceeding before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The Debtors' business consists of the publishing, printing, and distributing of newspapers in the greater Chicago, Illinois, metropolitan area and the operation of various related websites. With Young Conaway s assistance, the Debtors successfully sold substantially all of their assets in a 363 sale and confirmed a plan of liquidation in Spansion Inc. Young Conaway served as co-counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Spansion Inc., et al., a semiconductor device company that designs, develops, manufactures, markets, licenses and sells "Flash Memory" solutions, which are semiconductor devices used to access and store digital information. Regal Jets, LLC Young Conaway acted as lead counsel to Regal Jets, LLC in its chapter 11 proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The Debtor conducted fixed base operations at Love Field, Dallas, Texas, including the retail sale of aviation fuel and certain simple aircraft maintenance services. With Young Conaway's help, the Debtor successfully liquidated its assets. Goody's, LLC Young Conaway acted as lead counsel to Goody's, LLC and its affiliates in their chapter 11 proceedings. Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, the Debtors operated 282 specialty stores that sold clothes, shoes, accessories, and gift items. The Debtors sold brand names such as Dockers, Levi's, and Lee and also its own labels. With the assistance of Young Conaway, the Debtors wound down their operations, confirmed their joint plan of liquidation and emerged from bankruptcy protection in Constar International, Inc. Young Conaway acted as co-counsel, with Goodwin Procter LLP, to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Constar International, Inc. and certain of its affiliates in their chapter 11 proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Prior to its bankruptcy filing, Constar and its affiliates were a global producer and the largest North American suppliers of polyethylene terephthalate ("PET") plastic containers for conventional PET applications, primarily designed and manufactured for soft drinks and water.
