3 ITEM 8.01 Other Events For the auction for the SLM Student Loan Trust Class A-8 Notes occurring on March 19, 2015, an affiliate of Navient Funding, LLC intends to submit a buy bid for $10,000,000 principal amount of outstanding Class A-8 Notes at a rate equal to one-month LIBOR % per annum. Navient Funding, LLC s affiliate does not currently hold any Class A-8 Notes.
