1 Thank you for allowing Stanley Finance help you to secure your mortgage. The next few pages will ask you all the important questions necessary to understand and assess your current financial situation. Please complete each section as thoroughly as possible to avoid any delays in the process. If you have any queries regarding your application, please call Bertie on or Important Information: As of 1 July 2010, the Financial Services Industry requires all lenders and finance brokers / credit advisors to comply with new regulation processes when servicing borrowers. In order for us to comply with this criteria, we need you to become more involved in your loan process.
