2 granted herein and that such relief is in the best interest of the s, their estates and creditors and all other parties in interest; and upon the arguments and testimony presented at the Hearing before the Court, and any responses to the Objection having been withdrawn, resolved, or overruled on the merits; and after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that: 1. The Objection is granted to the extent set forth herein. 2. The Disputed s listed on Schedule 1 attached hereto are hereby disallowed and expunged in their entirety pursuant to section 502(b of the Bankruptcy Code. 3. Proof of claim no filed by Annbeth Katz is hereby withdrawn from the Objection (the Withdrawn. 4. By agreement of the s and Croda, Inc. ( Croda and in accordance with the Response of Croda to s Eleventh Tier I Omnibus Objection to Certain Proofs of (Amended and Superseded s [Docket No. 2135], proof of claim no. 60 is hereby expunged as set forth on the list entitled To be Expunged on Schedule 1 attached hereto. Further, proof of claim no. 1546, which appears on the list entitled Surviving on Schedule 1 attached hereto, is hereby reduced from $78, to $56, The Objection with respect to proofs of claim nos and (the Adjourned s filed by Frank McKinnon is hereby adjourned to the hearing to be held on April 7, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. (prevailing Eastern Time. 6. The Surviving s will remain on the claims register, and such claims are neither allowed nor disallowed at this time, subject, however to any future objection on any basis. 7.
