2 SMS FINANCE TEAM John McNamara Position: Company Director Diploma of Financial Services Mortgage Finance - Equipment Finance Commercial Finance Mobile: john@smsfinance.com.au John has 30 years experience in the Banking/Finance industry. John commenced his finance career in 1981 with CBFC/CBA, during that time he enjoyed several postings which include; Manager Broker Finance, Manager CBFC Fleet Lease & Manager CBFC Floor Plan Section. In 1994 he accepted the position as CBFC s Sunshine Coast Area Manager, then eventually accepting the position of CBA Relationship Executive to manage larger portfolio clients. In 2001 John resigned to take the opportunity to join forces with David Stone (Stone Goddard & Associates) forming Stone McNamara Finance, which was eventually changed to SMS Finance. John has extensive experience in form of finance. In July 2008 John took over the reins of 100% ownership of SMS Finance allowing David to slow down a bit into a company consultancy role. Colin Mason Position: Company Director Diploma of Financial Services, Diploma of Financial Planning Mortgage Finance - Equipment Finance Commercial Finance Mobile: colin@smsfinance.com.au Colin has more than 15 years in the Banking/Finance industry having commenced his career with GE Creditline in Colin has now joined SMS Finance after a successful 8 year career with Mortgage Choice Sunshine Coast where Colin was awarded the Number 1 Mortgage Choice broker in Australia in 2012, 2013, 2014 and Colin was also awarded the Number 1 Mortgage Broker in QLD in 2015 and ranked Number 13 in Australia with over $140 million in business written in the 12 months from January 2015 (MPA Magazine November 2015). Apart from now being a Company Director of one of the largest independent finance businesses on the Sunshine Coast, Colin also is President of a local not for profit organisation named Sunshine Coast Business Associates (SCBA). Colin set this group up in 2011 with the aim to support other local businesses and to also support local charity groups. Since inception of this group SCBA has donated to charity in excess of $50,000!

3 MORTGAGE FINANCE TEAM Joshua Carleton Mobile: Josh joined SMS Finance in 2016 bringing with him a wealth of experience in the finance arena. Josh commenced his finance career in 2012 with ANZ Bank after completing his university studies. Quickly moving up the ranks to become a local Branch Manager on the Sunshine Coast, he then accepted a position of Mortgage Broker in 2015 with Aussie Homes where he excelled in all areas of Mortgage Finance. Not only does she show adaptability and exceptional organisational skills, but also Emma is a highly enthusiastic worker. She is excited to learn all facets of the business. Emma is a part of Colin Mason s team, helping his clients with their home loan application process and keeping his side of things running smoothly. Jacqui Booker jacqui@smsfinance.com.au Jacqui has over 30 years experience in Banking and Finance industry. Jacqui commenced her finance career with ANZ bank in various locations and roles across Queensland. In the last Twenty years, Jacqui has enjoyed a variety of roles in Banking and Finance on the Sunshine Coast which included Business and Mortgage Finance. Jacqui is a friendly outgoing person who and passionate about helping customers feel at ease with the process of buying a home or business.

4 MORTGAGE FINANCE TEAM Peter McNaughton Peter commenced with SMS Finance in March Peter has been involved in the finance industry for over 35 years. He had 28 years with the Commonwealth Bank and held lending positions at various branches throughout Queensland. Following his resignation form the Bank as the Senior Loans Officer at its Nambour office he was involved in small business for a number of years and then returned to the finance industry. Peter has spent the last 12 years in the Mortgage broking field and has extensive experience in all facets of Home loans and Mortgage lending. June Balck Mortgage Finance June@smsfinance.com.au June commenced with SMS Finance in July June is highly eduated and came to us with a wealth of experience in residential mortgage. She graduated from University of Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Accounting in 2009 and Bachelor of International Business in From there June worked in Sydney for a Real Estage and Home Mortgage company for two and a half years gaining valuable knowledge in all areas of mortgage finance. Missing the Sunshine Coast and family, June returned to the coast and we were delighted she ended up approaching SMS Finance for a position in the. June has a lovely friendly nature and fitted into our company instantly and immediately became a highly valued member of the SMS Finance team. Scott Cash Mobile: scott@smsfinance.com.au Scott has been involved in the finance industry for most of his working life. He enjoyed a 27 year career with the Commonwealth Bank working at various locations throughout Queensland. In 2006 Scott left the bank and took up a position as a Finance Broker with a large accounting firm and in 2012 joined the SMS Finance team. Scott has extensive experience in all types of lending, from Home Loans to Asset Equipment Finance and Commercial and Business lending. Scott has lived in the Noosa area for over 25 years and is a Life Member of Peregian Beach Surf Lifesaving Club, a foundation member (and ex player) with Noosa Rugby Union and also still plays touch football.

5 MORTGAGE FINANCE TEAM Kellie Helson Kellie commenced with SMS Finance in February after successful positions with My Financial Group, Astute Maroochydore and completing a Diploma of Business & Marketing. Kellie has attained a great variety of experience in these roles, which makes her an excellent all-rounder Team Member at SMS Finance. Kellie is also a part of Colin Mason s team, helping his clients with their home loan application process and keeping his side of things running smoothly. Wendy Caranston wendy@smsfinance.com.au Wendy joined SMS Finance in February 2010 with a wealth of experience in Mortgage Finance. Wendy came to SMS Finance with 9 years experience in the Mortgage broking residential lending sphere. Wendy has a friendly outgoing personality, loves dealing with people, and excels at dealing with the various banks and lenders on your behalf to ensure your settlement goes smoothly. Jade Dieperink Mortgage Finance Jade@smsfinance.com.au Jade commenced with SMS Finance in February Jade came to us with a wealth of experience after 5 years working for Bank Wewst Commercial where she enjoyed a variety of roles including Business Banking Teller and Assistant Relationship Manager. Jade is a very efficient and valued member of the Mortgage finance team as well as a company all rounder having spend her intiial years in our Equipment Finance Team. Jade is bright, friendly and has the ability to adapt and learn most facets of the finance broking industry quickly and easily.

6 COMMERCIAL FINANCE TEAM Garry Fritz Commercial Mortgage Equipment Finance Mobile: Garry commenced with SMS Finance in April Garry previously worked for the Commonwealth Bank and held various lending positions for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in Business and Rural Lending having held positions in Country Queensland and The Business Banking Department of the CBA. Garry handles all forms of finance with us, specialising in Commercial and Rural Finance. Tony Nilsson Commercial Mortgage Equipment Finance Mobile: Tony commenced with SMS Finance in 2012 after over 35 years Banking experience predominately with the Commonwealth Bank and more recently with Bankwest. Tony has been located on the Sunshine Coast since 1999 when transferred with the Commonwealth Bank to Maroochydore and has worked in Tasmania, Victoria and NSW in all aspects of lending.during the last 13 years whilst located on the Sunshine Coast Tony has dealt with the larger Commercial clients of both the Commonwealth Bank and Bankwest in Relationship Management roles that involved putting together loan applications and having them approved to meet clients requirements and then on-going management of the client. Tony brings to SMS Finance significant hands on experience in dealing with Commercial Business Lending. David Stone Equipment Finance Commercial and Rural Finance Mobile: David has over 40 years experience in the finance industry, commencing in 1966 with Lombard Australia (Natwest Bank) during this time David gained experience in most divisions of the finance industry. The last position held was branch manager for 8 years before branching out on his own forming Stone Goddard & Associates in January In 2001 David joined forces with John McNamara to form Stone McNamara Finance eventually changing to SMS Finance. In July 2008 David handed over the reins of the business solely to John, electing to slow down a little and taking on a company consultancy role. David has expertise in all areas of Equipment Finance spending a lot of his time in Central & Western Queensland. David is a well-respected member of the community. David has slowed down into semi-retirement but still loves to look after and visit his Central Queensland and Sunshine Coast clients.

7 EQUIPMENT FINANCE TEAM Jenny Thompson Equipment Finance Jenny commenced with SMS Finance in June She is an experienced lender and came SMS Finance very well equipped to assist with all of your Equipment Finance needs. Jenny completed a Bachelor of Business in Rockhampton prior to working for the Commonwealth Bank for 25 years, spending most of that time in small to medium business lending on the Sunshine Coast. Vikki Paterson Equipment Finance vikki@smsfinance.com.au Vikki commenced with SMS Finance March Vikki came to SMS Finance with 18 years banking experience, customer service, supervisor, insurance, Mortgage & Personal Lending, Equipment Finance (business support officer & Senior business support officer) documents, settlements and lending support. Vikki has specialised in Equipment Finance for the past 5 years, she prides herself on attention to detail and customer service. Rennae Silvestri Equipment Finance rennae@smsfinance.com.au Rennae commenced with SMS Finance in December 2011 after graduating year 12 at Nambour High School. Rennae learnt from the ground up and very quickly evolved into an integral part of the Equipment Finance team. Rennae has an eye for detail and prides herself in making sure the Documentation and Settlements process runs smoothly. She is a friendly, efficient and valued member of our team. 8 Judy Gleeson Office and Marketing Manager Mobile: Judy commenced with SMS Finance in August 2007 as Marketing and Office Manager. Judy comes to us with over 20 years experience in all facets of owning and running various small businesses. Growing up in her family s businesses her father instilled in her old fashioned service, honesty & integrity. Judy looks after all our marketing and office management requirements. Judy has a keen interest in business, project management and customer care; she has an eye for detail and prides herself on having the business running as happily and smoothly as possible. Keith Nicholson Compliance Mobile: keith@smsfinance.com.au Keith commenced with SMS Finance in August 2012 and has over 35 years experience in Banking and Finance including 28 years with the Commonwealth Bank, primarily in lending roles. Since leaving the Bank in 2001, Keith has been involved in the Finance Broking industry as well as other family businesses which makes him well placed to understand the financial needs of businesses. Keith is very experienced in all facets of lending and uses his skills to best present an application to a lender and achieve the most suitable outcome for clients.
