8 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Buffalo Mine is on patented property that is owned in fee by American Amex, Inc., A Nevada Corporation (AAIANC). The Cox and Blue Ribbon Mines are on the property leased by AAIANC from the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management. All permits to mine, both Aboveground and Underground are in place and current. The amount that can be processed per day is based on the technology used. ABOVEGROUND. There are approximately 900,000 tons of aboveground tailings and dumps ore and tailings ore on the Buffalo Mine. Extensive work has been done and a new technology completed. Using the new technology (developed by Johnson Matthey and AAG), the value of Aboveground ore at September 25, 2010 was $68,309,599,000, or $75,899 per ton. The increase in the price of precious metals as of October 26, 2010 is reflected below, showing the value of Aboveground ore at $73,436,945,940, or $81,611 per ton).
