All the staff members are welcome to avail the facility of Holiday Home at Amritsar with immediate effect. I.R. Division at Head Office HRD Department through Branch Manager/Zonal Manager/Head of Department where he/she is serving. Reservation of accommodation shall be done on first come first serve basis subject to the following:- (a) The leave should be duly sanctioned by the competent authority covering period of proposed stay at Holiday Home. The confirmation for sanction of leave be obtained on the request letter itself. (b) Employees can avail facility of Holiday Home only once in a year for maximum of three days. (c ) Retired employees requiring reservation in the Holiday Home may apply on the prescribed form as per annexure enclosed and send it to Head Office I.R. Division, through their Branch Office / Zonal Office /Head Office from where they retired or through the Branch from where they receive the pension. The allotment of rooms in the Holiday Home will be on the basis of application received where first preference would be given to the serving employees. 3.SANCTIONING AUTHORITY Head of HRD Department. 4.CHARGES (a) Nominal Charges @Rs.50/- per day per room shall be payable by allottee on receipt of confirmation from H.O. I.R. Division regarding allotment of Holiday Home. The Holiday Home charges are required to be sent to Head Office Welfare Department, Ashram Chowk, Sidhartha Enclave, New Delhi -110014. (b) The Branch Incharge concerned will issue a certificate on the reservation slip that the charges have been recovered and sent to H.O. Welfare Department. (c ) No refund of charges shall be made in the event of cancellation /non-availment / change of confirmed reservation slip and in addition Rs.100/- shall be recovered from the allottee in such a case by salary disbursing authority and the amount so recovered be also sent to HO Welfare Department.

REG.: HOLIDAY HOME AT AMRITSAR 5.GENERAL (a)the Holiday Home will provide neat, clean and well maintained rooms to the employee/guests and will ensure that all the facilities in the said rooms i.e. Furniture/Fixture, Electricity, Bed Sheets, Linen, Blanket, Electrical Equipments, etc are in good working condition. (b) Allottee will be required to make necessary entries in the occupancy register available with the Manager/Caretaker of the Holiday Home on arrival and departure. ( c) Allottee shall carry reservation slip and Identity Card during their stay at Holiday Home. (d) Allottee shall strictly follow the rules displayed at Holiday Home. (e ) The allottee shall help to keep the Holiday Home in proper sanitation and will not damage furniture and fixture or any other facility provided in the Holiday Home. In case of such damage the allottee shall be liable for repair/replacement charges. (f) It is expected that all employees and members of their family availing of the of the facility would observe the following rules :- Gambling of all kinds & Taking of alcoholic drink is strictly prohibited. The room or a part thereof allotted to the employee must be kept neat and clean. The occupants should maintain full decorum throughout their stay. Singing, dancing and playing transistor/radio/t.v/etc. in loud tone so as to cause disturbance or annoyance to other occupants is strictly prohibited. Employees shall take care of their baggage /luggage. The Bank will not be responsible for any loss/damage thereto. The Bank reserves the right to ask any occupant to vacate the accommodation even before the expiry of the stipulated period for violation of prescribed rules. REG: OPENING OF HOLIDAY HOME AT NEW DELHI. 5.GENERAL (a) Holiday Home/Perfect Hotel shall provide complementary breakfast for 2 persons (each room). (b) Internet facility unlimited is available. (c)the Holiday Home will provide neat, clean and well maintained rooms to the employee/guests and will ensure that all the facilities in the said rooms i.e. Furniture/Fixture, Electricity, Bed Sheets, Linen, Blanket, Electrical Equipments, etc are in good working condition. (d) Allottee will be required to make necessary entries in the occupancy register available with the Manager/Caretaker of the Holiday Home on arrival and departure. ( e) Allottee shall carry reservation slip and Identity Card during their stay at Holiday Home. (f) Allottee shall strictly follow the rules displayed at Holiday Home/Hotel. (g ) The allottee shall help to keep the Holiday Home in proper sanitation and will not damage furniture and fixture or any other facility provided in the Holiday Home. In case of such damage the allottee shall be liable for repair/replacement charges. (h) It is expected that all employees and members of their family availing of the facility would observe the following rules :- Gambling of all kinds & Taking of alcoholic drink and carrying out of any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited. The room or a part thereof allotted to the employee must be kept neat and clean. The occupants should maintain full decorum throughout their stay. Singing, dancing and playing transistor/radio/t.v/etc. in loud tone so as to cause disturbance or annoyance to other occupants is strictly prohibited. Employees shall take care of their baggage /luggage. The Bank will not be responsible for any loss/damage thereto. The Bank reserves the right to ask any occupant to vacate the accommodation even before the expiry of the stipulated period for violation of prescribed rules.
