If a regitrant decide on the pot to purchae a leer number of pecified reidential propertie than the number indicated by the regitrant in the valid Regitration of Intent, the regitrant will be included in the relevant round of election a pecified below. 8. Firt round of election of pecified reidential propertie- for regitrant intending to purchae 3 pecified reidential propertie Regitrant who are eligible to participate in the firt round of election of pecified reidential propertie are thoe who have indicated that they intend to purchae three (3) pecified reidential propertie in their valid Regitration of Intent. In thi round of election, each regitrant can only elect and purchae exactly three (3) pecified reidential propertie ubject to availability of the pecified reidential propertie. If there i more than one regitrant eligible to be nominated by an etate agent, the etate agent hould determine the order of priority of thee regitrant in accordance with the price of the pecified reidential property(ie) which each of the regitrant intend to purchae, with the one of higher price with higher priority. The Vendor reerve the right not to allow a regitrant who ha appointed more than one etate agent to elect any of the pecified reidential propertie. If a regitrant decide to purchae le than three (3) pecified reidential propertie after he/he ha been given by the Vendor the opportunity to elect the pecified reidential propertie, then he/he will not be offered to purchae any pecified reidential property in thi round of election and will be required to participate in the econd round of election or the third round of election (a the cae may be) depending on the number of pecified reidential propertie he/he decide to purchae. Second round of election of pecified reidential propertie for regitrant intending to purchae 2 pecified reidential propertie (d) Regitrant who are eligible to participate in the econd round of election of pecified reidential propertie are thoe who have indicated that they intend to purchae two (2) pecified reidential propertie in their valid Regitration of Intent, or who have decided to purchae two (2) pecified reidential propertie a mentioned in paragraph 8(h) above. In thi round of election, each regitrant can only elect and purchae exactly two (2) pecified reidential propertie ubject to availability of the pecified reidential propertie. The regitrant mut bring along the H.K.I.D.
