IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION The following information about your enclosed 1099-DIV from s should be used when preparing your 2017 tax return. Form 1099-DIV reports dividends, exempt-interest dividends, capital gains, and return of capital distributed by s for the calendar year 2017.
