Methodology EY s 2014 India attractiveness survey is based on... 1. The real attractiveness of India to foreign investors based on based on the fdi Markets database, which tracks new greenfield and expansion foreign direct investment (FDI) projects but excludes portfolio investments and M&A. 2.
