Investigate and prosecute bomb threats, threats to burn, terrorist threats, deaths involving fires, and hazardous materials chemical spills. When a criminal element is present in an incident, the Deputy Fire Marshals, which are also sworn law enforcement officers, will ensure that the case is prosecuted and that justice is served.
