The transfer f riginating mail frm the Athens CSMPC int the Nrth Metr P&DC began n August 15, 2009 and the implementatin was cmpleted n April 1, 2010. The data fr the pre-amp perid was FY 2009 and included all peratins fr the Athens CSMPC and the Nrth Metr P&DC. The data fr the final PIR was April 1,2010 thru March 31, 2011. Staffing Impacts: The apprved AMP prpsal identified a reductin f 17 craft emplyees and 1 EAS emplyee psitin due t the cnslidatin f riginating peratins int the Nrth Metr P&DC. Cmplement data at the end f Quarter 2, FY 2011 shws that cmplement has been reduced by 286 craft emplyees and 5 EAS emplyees thrugh attritin and transfers.
