Our Mission Our practice is focused on seeking to provide successful families, corporate executives, and business owners with personalized financial planning and wealth management strategies. Our team of experienced Financial Advisors and Staff helps provide value to our clients as we work towards meeting their life goals. We approach our business as we approach our lives; with honesty, effort and a strong sense of family. We take a holistic approach considering your entire financial picture to be more than just a collection of its parts - while recognizing the interdependence of those parts. We add value to our clients through lifestyle planning, liabilities management, risk management and investment management. When striving to achieve client goals, we focus more on process than short term performance. With patience, discipline and the right process, we believe that performance can come. We also feel that our collective experience both, in the financial markets and life, can help make a difference in your life.

Who We Serve Wealthy Families, Business Owners and Corporate Executives Tom Tom & Keith Keith Brett Liquid Net Worth $1,000,000 plus $500,000 plus $100,000 plus $100,000 plus

What We Do & How We Do It We concentrate on financial planning, risk management and managed money. We take a businessman's approach towards investing - looking not just at potential returns, but also the risk you take to achieve those returns. We pay particular attention to taxes and inflation, potentially two of your biggest threats to creating and building wealth. We begin the investment process by listening and gathering all necessary information to clearly identify your investment goals. We believe that financial goals can be achieved by concentrating on high quality investments, utilizing a defined portfolio structure and taking a long term approach to the capital markets. Historically, this philosophy - while considered to be conservative - has proven to be most effective. The combination of our teams vast scope of experience, educational background and disciplined investment approach, together with the immense resources and intellect of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, give our clients several advantages when creating and executing an wealth management plan to help them meet their long term goals. Like the many before you, you too would be well advised to sit down and spend a few hours with our team for the opportunity to change your financial future.

Our Investment Philosophy General Bonds Equity Focus on purchasing power as this is the one of the primary ways you can truly monitor your financial well being. Purchasing power is returns less taxes and inflation. Capital preservation is the cornerstone of any good investment plan. We use on-going strategies versus one time transactions. With bonds you are a lender. Only lend to those people who can pay you back. We focus on U.S. Treasuries, Government Agency s, CDs and Tax Free Municipal bonds. Be a direct owner of bonds and save on fees In our opinion you should limit your ownership of bond mutual funds and other fixed income trading products that can subject you to a loss of principal. Do not trade bonds hold your bonds until maturity. Be broadly diversified. Have exposure to the world economies and America s emerging growth companies. Time is the critical issue for stocks. The longer you have, the better chance you have to succeed. Focus on quality, quality, quality over time we believe you will not regret owning high quality stocks. There is a difference between value and price. Valuations count if you watch what you pay you can help reduce your risks.

Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC Member SIPC. Disclaimers Express Credit Line is offered through Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Member SIPC. Borrowing against securities may not be suitable for everyone. If the value of the securities should decline below a minimum level, you may be subject to a collateral call without specific advance notice, requiring you to deposit additional cash or securities. If you cannot do so, all or a portion of your collateral could be liquidated, and a potentially taxable event could result. You are not entitled to choose which securities are sold or any extension of time to meet a collateral call. A concentrated portfolio holding a single or a few securities may be subject to greater risk of a collateral call than a diversified portfolio; a diversified portfolio will tend to be less subject to a sharp decline resulting from the negative performance of a single security. Availability, qualifications, and other restrictions may vary by state. Ask your Financial Advisor for details. For clients whose account is carried by Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney offers insurance products in conjunction with Morgan Stanley Insurance Services Inc. For clients whose account is carried by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley Smith Barney offers insurance products in conjunction with SBHU Life Agency, Inc. Since life insurance and long-term care insurance are medically underwritten, you should not cancel your current policy until your new policy is in force. Your actual premiums may vary from any initial quotation you receive. A change to your current policy may incur charges, fees and costs. A new policy may require a medical exam. Surrender charges may be imposed and the period of time for which the surrender charges apply may increase with a new policy. You should consult with your own tax advisors regarding your potential tax liability on surrenders. Alternative investments often are speculative and include a high degree of risk. Investors could lose all or a substantial amount of their investment. Alternative investments are suitable only for eligible, long-term investors who are willing to forgo liquidity and put capital at risk for an indefinite period of time. They may be highly illiquid and can engage in leverage and other speculative practices that may increase the volatility and risk of loss. Funds of funds typically have higher fees than single manager vehicles as they are subject to an additional layer of fees charged by the fund of funds manager. Alternative investments involve complex tax structures, tax inefficient investing and delays in distributing important tax information. Investors should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of a fund carefully before investing. The investments listed may not be suitable for all investors. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC recommends that investors independently evaluate particular investments, and encourages investors to seek the advice of a financial advisor. The appropriateness of a particular investment will depend upon an investor's individual circumstances and objectives. International investing may not be suitable for every investor and is subject to additional risks, including currency fluctuations, political factors, withholding, lack of liquidity, the absence of adequate financial information, and exchange control restrictions impacting foreign issuers. These risks may be magnified in emerging markets. Interest in municipal bonds is generally exempt from federal income tax. However, some bonds may be subject to the alternative minimum tax (AMT). Typically, state tax-exemption applies if securities are issued within one s state of residence and, local tax-exemption typically applies if securities are issued within one s city of residence. Bonds are affected by a number of risks, including fluctuations in interest rates, credit risk and prepayment risk. In general, as prevailing interest rates rise, fixed income securities prices will fall. Bonds face credit risk if a decline in an issuer's credit rating, or creditworthiness, causes a bond's price to decline. Finally, bonds can be subject to prepayment risk. When interest rates fall, an issuer may choose to borrow money at a lower interest rate, while paying off its previously issued bonds. As a consequence, underlying bonds will lose the interest payments from the investment and will be forced to reinvest in a market where prevailing interest rates are lower than when the initial investment was made. NOTE: High yield bonds are subject to additional risks such as increased risk of default and greater volatility because of the lower credit quality of the issues.
