37 in residential area and involved in Jeans factory, washing plants, etc. using illegal power connection; (d) (e) (f) (g) whether it is also a fact that with influx of people associated with these industries there are blatant safety & regulatory violations in the area in terms of fire, water and waste disposal posing danger as man made disaster; whether action has been taken by the department against concerned officials of the department with whose connivance power connections have been given to these industrial units resulting in unauthorized industrial activity in the area; whether it is a fact that local MLA had made complaints on the above issues to Power Department through letter No.111608/04/07/18 dated 04.07.2018 ; and if so, action taken by the department on the complaint? 34 SH.
