National Bank Financial Wealth Management prides itself on the quality of the services it offers its clients, and constantly strives to ensure their satisfaction. With this in mind, we feel it is important to inform each one of our clients about the fees associated with the different aspects of our services. People who know how they are being charged for services and how much they are paying generally tend to feel they are getting much better value for their money. This is why we invite you to read the following fee schedule carefully, and to ask your Investment Advisor for explanations on anything you have the slightest question about.

Account in CAD$ or US$: fees are charged in CAD$ or US$, according to the currency of the account 6. Account in foreign currency (other than US$): fees are charged to the related CAD$ or US$ account, as applicable 6. Interest charges may be applied to credit balances in foreign currencies other than US$.

Certain stock markets, securities commissions or foreign governments may, from time to time, impose taxes or apply trading, execution or settlement fees on financial transactions made in their country. When these particular fees are levied, they are over and above the usual commissions, management fees and administration fees National Bank Financial Wealth Management applies to your accounts and your transactions, regardless of the pricing option you have chosen. These supplemental fees will be charged in the currency of the transaction in such country and will appear on your trade confirmation. Any special transactions not covered in this schedule may be subject to additional fees. Short-selling borrowed securities or completing transactions while there is a short position in an account may result in additional fees, which vary according to the market and the borrowed security. These fees are charged directly to your account the following month in the currency of the account, regardless of whether the position is covered or not. Contact your investment advisor for more information regarding these fees. The exchange rate used for currency conversion is subject to change without prior notice. Basic services are offered to you and consist of, among others, the safekeeping of securities to a custodian, deposit of your investment income (dividends, interest ), production of statements and access to research, online services and the quarterly newsletter about markets and investment strategies. * Subject to GST and provincial taxes. 1 You must have an electronic delivery preference for your investment portfolio statement and your trade confirmations. 2 Annual administration fees do not apply if you have an RRSP, RRIF or LIF. Otherwise, annual administration fees are applicable according to your delivery preference, namely: electronic ($115*) or paper ($135*). 3 Annual administration fees do not apply if you have a billable registered account. 4 Non-registered accounts are grouped and one fee of $150 is applied, plus fees for each registered plan account, plus a bank transfer fee if in a currency other than CAD$ or US$. 5 Documents are available for a period of up to seven years. 6 No conversion rate is applied.
