The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is guided by the Board of County Supervisors (BOCS) adopted Strategic Plan, Comprehensive Plan and Principles of Sound Financial Management. Building on the three AAA ratings earned by the County, the CIP delivers the strategic vision while maintaining financial stability. Funding sources for these projects include the general fund, debt, fire levy, stormwater management fees, proffers, the Transportation Reserve, Internal Service Fund balance, Adult Detention Center fund balance and Solid Waste fees.
