Pre-Qualification for Empanelment of Electrical & Networking contractors in Tamilnadu Dear Sir / Madam, Sub: Prequalification for Empanelment of Electrical-Networking Contractors IDBI Bank Ltd. proposes to carryout electrical Works at its bank branches and offices, Renovation / Relocation etc. in the state of Tamilnadu. The center for the Zone is located in Chennai (address as given below) The Deputy General Manager, IDBI BANK LTD., No. 115, Anna Salai, Post Bag No.805, Saidapet, Chennai-15. Contact Nos. 044-22202205/03/02 The scope of work would involve Electrical & networking works in branches etc. Bank would empanel contractors for the Tamilnadu. Contractors satisfying the pre-qualification criteria will be empanelled only for Tamilnadu State. Contractors are requested to furnish details regarding their Company, Organization Chart, Date of Incorporation, Experience etc as indicated in the application format given in the web site. The application forms can be down loaded from the IDBI website www.idbibank.com from Notices Tenders. The application formats duly completed in all respects giving the aforesaid information is required to be addressed to the officer as indicated in the table below and should be enclosed in a sealed cover super scribing in the top left hand corner of the cover as "Application for Prequalification for Empanelment of Electrical & Networking works in Tamilnadu" and dropped in tender box kept for the purpose on or before July 22, 2016 by 10:00 am at the Zonal Office as indicated in Page 2. 2

Terms and conditions of empanelment Bank would empanel contractors for the state of Tamilnadu. The works are proposed in Tamilnadu are in Branches/offices located in Rural / Semi- urban / urban / Metro centers and quarters located in cochin. Only those contractors who are capable of carrying out works in any part of the states need to submit their application in the Zonal office. Contractors satisfying the pre-qualification criteria will be empanelled only for state of Tamilnadu. LT - Electrical & Networking works in Branches ( all Over Tamilnadu) 1. The bidders should have their Main/ Registered office in Tamilnadu 2. Electrical contractor should have valid Electrical license (minimum Class B) for carrying out LT panel works and also to liaison with local electrical authority.(copy of the same shall require to be enclosed). The contractor should have minimum annual turnover of Rs.50.00 lakhs during the three previous financial years ending March 31, 2015 (Copies of audited statements & Income Tax Returns to be enclosed as proof for the same). 1) The contractor should have executed successfully similar works during last 5 years ending March 31, 2015 which should be either of the following:- (a) Three similar completed works (at least one of them should be in Central Govt./Central Autonomous Bodies/ Central Public Sector Undertaking/ Financial Institutions/Banks) each Costing not less than Rs.6 lakhs (b) Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 7.5 lakhs Or Or (c) One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.12 lakhs

Similar work means "Internal Electrical Works and Net working works such as data cabling and voice cabling works etc." Preference will be given for works done in Central Govt./Central Autonomous Bodies/ Central Public Sector Undertaking/Financial Institutions/Banks (Both public as well as private sector banks). All other terms and conditions are the same as listed in the annexure for the above work The copy of all the registration certificates must be attached for our verification. HT - Electrical & Networking works in Branches ( all Over Tamilnadu) 1. The bidders should have their Main/ Registered office in Tamilnadu 2. Electrical contractor should have valid Electrical license (Grade A) for carrying out HT panel works and also to liaison with local electrical authority.(copy of the same shall require to be enclosed). The contractor should have minimum annual turnover of Rs.2.00 crore during the three previous financial years ending March 31, 2015 (Copies of audited statements & Income Tax Returns to be enclosed as proof for the same). 1) The contractor should have executed successfully similar works during last 5 years ending March 31, 2015 which should be either of the following:- (a) Three similar completed works (at least one of them should be in Central Govt./Central Autonomous Bodies/ Central Public Sector Undertaking/ Financial Institutions/Banks) each Costing not less than Rs.40 lakhs (b) Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 80 lakhs Or Or (c) One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.1.2 crore Similar work means "All HT related Electrical Panel Supply and Installation work and related cabling work." Preference will be given for works done in Central Govt./Central Autonomous Bodies/ Central Public Sector Undertaking/Financial Institutions/Banks (Both public as well as private sector banks). All other terms and conditions are the same as listed in the annexure for the above work The copy of all the registration certificates must be attached for our verification.

Electrical & Networking works in branches Supplying, Installation and commissioning of HT/LT electrical panel, DBS, control switch gears, cabling for power, lighting, data, voice, CCTV, fire alarm system, burglar alarm system, access control etc. using floor raceways, conduits, cable trays. B) The contractor should have a licensed manpower to carry out electrical services.. C) All contractors applying for any of the works listed above should have a valid registration in Sales Tax, Service tax, VAT any & all the valid registrations required under statutory requirements to works in the state of Tamilnadu etc. D) The contractor must have an branch/office in the state of Tamilnadu E) Time of completion 30 days from the date of issue of the work order for projects involving LT Electrical and networking works in Branches 30-45 days from the date of issue of the work order for projects involving HT Electrical works in Branches F) Method of award of work Tender would be invited only from the pre-qualified contractors. A Pre-qualified contractor who comes out successful in Tendering process will be awarded the work. Award of additional works would be considered after verifying the successful completion of the works already awarded

The application formats duly completed in all respects with necessary attachments giving the aforesaid information is required to be addressed to the officer as indicated in the table in Page 2 and should be enclosed in a sealed cover super scribing in the top left hand corner of the cover as "Application for Prequalification for Empanelment of Electrical Contractors for Tamilnadu" The tender should be dropped in the tender box kept at the Zonal Office for the purpose on or before 22/07/2016 by 10:00 am. H. Instructions to bidders 1. Each page of the application shall be signed by a person having necessary authority to do so. 2. If the space in the Performa is insufficient for furnishing full details, such information may be given in separate sheets. 3. Applicants are required to furnish information against each item of the application. In case certain item is not applicable, please write NA. Application containing incorrect and or inadequate information is liable to be rejected. 4.
