GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Intent It is the intent of to solicit sealed bids for a Trimble R6 Model 4 GNSS Rover and various accessories as specified on the attached sheet. In addition, GCRC has a used Trimble GPS Rover Model 5800 that is available for a trade-in credit against the new Trimble R6 unit. GCRC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award by item, combination of items or lot. A. All sealed bids will be received at the Office until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 28, 2014. All bids will be opened publicly at this time. They will be opened in the Boardroom on the first Floor located at 211 West Oakley Street, Flint, MI 48503 B. All inquiries pertaining to the contractual nature of this bid can be directed to Joyce McClane, Purchasing Manager, at jmcclane@gcrc.org C.
