Dominion Energy Transmission, Inc. Current Rates Effective November 1, 2017 Note: In Order No. 776, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC" or "Commission") amended its regulations at 18 C.F.R. 154.402 to revise the filing requirements for natural gas pipelines that choose to recover Commission-assessed annual charges through an annual charge adjustment ( ACA ) clause by eliminating the annual filing requirement. The Commission required that natural gas pipelines incorporate into their tariff, by reference, the Commission-authorized annual charge unit rate published on the Commission s website. On August 1, 2013, DETI filed the required changes for effectiveness on October 1, 2013 in Docket No. RP13-1212-000. The FERC accepted the changes on September 17, 2013 for effectiveness on October 1, 2013. Therefore, effective October 1, 2013, the rates set forth in DETI s FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised Volume No. 1 incorporate the ACA charge by reference. In order to assist customers in reviewing their assessed charges, DETI is providing the attached information that shows the rates, as stated on the currently effective tariff records, plus the current ACA unit rate.
