We are excited you joined Advancial! Now, let s get started. ADVANCIAL ACCOUNT SWITCH KIT - HELPING YOU MOVE FORWARD Where do I begin? Switching s will take time and require you to maintain two checking s at first. Don t worry, we are here every step of the way. Proper maintenance of both s will ensure that all bills are paid on time to avoid penalties. Don t worry, Advancial is here to help every step of the way. For assistance, please contact our friendly Member Service Center at 800.322.2709. Step 1: Determine where your funds go. Make a list of all your automatic payments and deposits that are scheduled in your old each month by using the Recurring Transaction Form. Step 2: Set up direct deposit. Schedule your direct deposit from your employer so money will be placed in your new. Step 3: Schedule online bill payments through cuanywhere Online Banking, a free service provided by Advancial. Step 4: Set up automatic withdrawals with billing companies. Advancial s Bill Payer is the quickest, easiest way to switch over payments, but some billing companies require use of their own bill payer services. Have bills automatically paid on time by scheduling automatic withdrawals to pay service providers. Step 5: Close your old. Once all automatic payments and direct deposits are being transacted in your new, close your inactive checking. Use the shortcuts to each of the steps above or keep reading for more helpful information to make the switch easy and painless. Inquire if they need a specific form to reroute your paychecks to your new. 3. Submit the completed form(s) to each entity, and if required, attach a voided check from your new Advancial checking. Setting up bill payer and loan payments through online banking allows you to keep up with recurring bills and avoid missing payments - for free! STEP 3: SET UP BILL PAYER AND LOAN PAYMENTS Online Bill Payer Online Bill Payer helps you manage your expenses without paper bills and checks. You can set up one-time payments, such as medical bills or subscriptions, or recurring payments like utilities, insurance, rent or mortgage. This service has a handy set-up assistant to make the process easier. Follow the directions below to switch your online bill payments: 1. Document all the payees or bills you ll pay from your new Advancial using our easy-to-use Online Bill Pay Checklist. 2. Sign up for Advancial s online banking at www.advancial.org. 3. Once you have set up your login information, log in. 4. Select the Bill Payer tab. 5. Click Add a payee in the Payees box. 6. Using the list from your Online Bill Payments Checklist, enter the payee name first. 7. A form will pop up and continue to fill out the boxes labeled number, bill address, city, state, bill zip and phone. (Don t forget to schedule frequency. ) 8. Review your payee information, then select Add. You have now added a new payee! Download Online Bill Pay Checklist Pay Your Loan From Any Institution It s easy to make worry-free payments on your Advancial loan. 1. If you re new to online banking, simply click Sign Up at www.advancial.org. Otherwise, log in to your Advancial. 2. Once logged in, select Move Money, then select Pay My Loan or Credit Card. 3. Under the Payment From box, select the appropriate drop down to add a new financial institution or credit card. 4. Enter the required information in the set-up window. 5. Click Save. 6. Now that you have set up your payment institution or credit cards, simply complete the fields to set up one-time or recurring payments. It can take one statement cycle to reflect the changes you have made in your online bill payment. Check with each company to see when the changes will apply. 4

Easily set up automatic payments to billing companies using Advancial s Bill Payer. Some billing companies require automatic bill payments be set up through their own services. Don t worry, we outlined all the steps to set up payments using their services, and even equipped you with a handy form to provide to them. STEP 4: SET UP AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS WITH BILLING COMPANIES Automatic Withdrawals An automatic withdrawal is an authorization to deduct a recurring payment using your credit union routing number and number, or your card number. You may have automatic payments with companies such as: Major service and utilities providers - electric, gas, water, trash, phone, cable and internet Loans - auto, home equity, mortgage or student Bills - credit cards or medical Memberships and associations - gym or homeowners Other - insurance, rent, daycare, cleaning services, pest control, home security, lawn care, subscriptions, parking or toll fees You can use the Recurring Transaction Form to determine which automatic payments you d like transferred to your new Advancial. Follow the directions below to switch your automatic withdrawals: 1. Some service providers prefer you to use their forms or change information online. We have complied a list of local service providers in your area to make the change as easy as possible. 2. Download, print and complete the Automatic Withdrawal Form. 3. Submit the completed form(s) to each service provider, and if required, attach a voided check from your new Advancial. Download Automatic Withdrawl Form 5

Once you are sure that all automatic payments and direct deposits are switched to your new Advancial, deposit final funds from your old. Your does not automatically close when you withdraw all of the funds. You must follow the process laid out by the financial institution to fully complete the closing. STEP 5: CLOSE YOUR OLD ACCOUNT How to close your old : 1. Call your previous financial institution to properly close your existing. 2. After you have completed all required steps to close the, retrieve a written document stating that your is officially closed. 3. Once closed, shred all old checks. 4.
