ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT SHAREHOLDING & MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE The current shareholding of MMNCA comprises two individuals, who also form the key executive management team. Non-Executive Directors Zimkhitha Zatu CA (SA) Tshepo Moseki CA(SA) Hope Segone CA(SA) Mohlomi Makgalemele CA(SA) Waratwa Mtshali Executive Directors: Mamatsabu Tsabu Maphike CA (SA) is a Chartered Accountant by profession. She completed her articles at KPMG which is one of the big four audit firms. She specialised on audits in the financial services sector with a focus on BEE structures, debt funding, stockbroking, mining, tax structures and group accounting. Thereafter she joined Nedbank Capital and worked on various debt funding projects ranging from mining, power projects and BEE as a Transaction Manager. She then joined the Development Bank of Southern Africa in the International Division which focuses on funding huge infrastructure projects in SADC. There she worked on funding mining, cement, aqua culture projects amongst others. Her role involved extensive travelling into the rest of the African continent and building stakeholder relationships with the various High Commissioners, Ministers and business people in general to ensure that the development targets of SADC are met. She is currently a director at MMN Chartered Accountants which focuses on providing Accounting, Tax, Audit, Capital Funding Solutions and Advisory services. She is an SETA accredited trainer. Manzini Ncube CA (SA) is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, Membership number: 08175783. Manzini holds a Bcom Accounting degree from the University of Cape Town and a Bcom Honours degree from the University of South Africa. He completed his articles with Deloitte & Touché which is one of the big four audit firms. His client portfolio at Deloitte included, Merrill Lynch SA, Nedbank, Regent Insurance Company, Absa Capital, Alexander Forbes Pension Administrators, Vunani Capital, Imperial Bank, Ethos Private Equity, Absa Capital and Renasa Insurance Company. Manzini has also worked for the Auditor General of South Africa as an Audit Manager on the audits of the Department of Health, the Council of Medical Schemes and the Compensation Commissioner for Occupational Diseases in Mines and Works. Thereafter he joined Rand Merchant Bank as an Internal Audit manager for the FirstRand group. Through his experience he has gained in depth knowledge of, amongst others, the Companies Act of South Africa, International Financial Reporting Standards, Income Tax Act, Public Finance Management Act, Municipal Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations, GAAP and US GAAP. He also has extensive knowledge in risk assessment, controls (both financial and operational), working capital management, cost/management accounting, financial management and accounting and Taxation issues. He is currently director at MMN Chartered Accountants which provides accounting, tax, audit, capital funding solutions and advisory services. Manzini is an SETA accredited trainer.
