Action plan for the review of the 1976 Recommendation on the development of Adult Education The Director-General informs the Executive Board of the action plan for the review and update of the 1976 Recommendation on the Development of Adult Education. Decision proposed: Requests the Director-General to continue the process of reviewing and updating the Recommendation, and to submit a preliminary study of the technical and legal aspects relating to the desirability of revising the Recommendation to the Executive Board at its 191st session. Management issues 16 Internal Oversight Service (IOS): annual report 2011 The annual report of the Internal Oversight Service (IOS) is submitted pursuant to a standing request by the Executive Board.
