FINANCING A SIGN IN 10 EASY STEPS Offering financing is a great way to increase sales & grow your business. The 10 simple steps below outline our financing process...from application to installation. ➊ ➋ ➌ Provide your customer with an estimated lease quote. We have a payment calculator you can use, otherwise always feel free to contact me for assistance. Customer submits application & last 3 months bank statements.* We will have a credit decision in 1 business day (typically within a couple of hours). You provide us with the sign quote & the status of the permit. ➍ I contact the customer, let them know their approval status, & provide them with a lease quote. ➎ ➏ ➐ ➑ Once they agree to move forward, we email them lease documents. Customer signs & returns documents to us with any deposits. We issue a purchase order to you & release any deposits, if required.** Once the sign is installed, you provide us with the final invoice. ➒ Customer signs a delivery & acceptance agreement to verify that the sign installation is complete. ➓ We release the final payment to you. * If the transaction is over $100,000 we require a complete financial package & approval may take up to 2 business days. ** Many sign shops require a 50% deposit. If required, we ll have you fill out a vendor application prior to the first transaction.
