Chinese CFC rule planning ideas Whitelist: U.S., U.K, France, Germany, Japan, Italy, Canada, Australia, India, South Africa, New Zealand and Norway. Active business exemption. If a CFC mainly derives income through active business activities, the imputation of tax rules would not apply. However, active business is not defined yet. Low profit exemption.
