PART 2 (Adviser Profile) Part 2 (Adviser Profile) contains the following sections: About Your Adviser (Section 1); The Services We Provide (Section 2); Fees and Charges (Section 3); and Contact and Acknowledgment (Section 4). This document is Part 2 (Adviser Profile) of the Financial Services Guide (FSG) dated 9 November 2015 and should be read together with Part 1. Part 2 sets out specific details about our Zest Wealth Advisers Pty Ltd as a Corporate Authorised Representative, as well as Leanne Connor and Tony Grosso as Sub-Authorised Representatives of Magnitude Group Pty Ltd ( Magnitude ). We are authorised by Magnitude to provide the financial services described in Part 1 and Part 2 (Adviser Profile) of the FSG. We have also been authorised by Magnitude to distribute this FSG. Leanne Connor & Tony Grosso of WGC Business Advisors (WGCBA) are authorised to provide Financial Advice, as sub-authorised representatives of Zest Wealth Advisers Pty Ltd. Zest Wealth Advisers Pty Ltd is a Corporate Authorised Representative of Magnitude Group Pty Ltd, number 298152. The Financial Advisers working for WGCBA, who are authorised under Zest Wealth Advisers are: Zest Wealth Advisers have an additional 8 Financial Advisers, who are based in Collins St. Melbourne, Burnie, TAS and Perth, WA. Leanne has over 26 years experience providing accounting, business advisory, strategic superannuation and taxation services. Leanne s areas of expertise include tax and superannuation planning, business restructuring and understanding the fundamental issues relating to family trusts and private companies. - CTA Tony has over 25 years experience in the SME market providing high level business and tax advice to Clients. This knowledge coupled with vast experience has proved to be invaluable on many occasions where expert opinion has been required. Our advisers are authorised by Magnitude to provide financial services, including advice or services in the following areas: Deposit products; Government debentures, stocks or bonds; Life investment and life risk products; Managed investment schemes including investor directed portfolio services; Retirement savings account products; Securities (e.g. shares); Superannuation products; and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds. Deposit products (within SMSF); Superannuation products (SMSF & contributions) ARE THERE ANY SERVICES YOUR FINANCIAL ADVISER IS NOT AUTHORISED TO PROVIDE? Our advisers are not authorised by Magnitude to provide advice or services in the following areas: Derivatives; Standard margin lending facilities; Deposit products (Outside of SMSF); SMSF Investment Strategies; Government debentures, stocks or bonds; Life investment and life risk products; Managed investment schemes including investor directed portfolio services; Standard margin lending facilities; Derivatives; Retirement savings account products; Securities (e.g. shares). AREAS OF EXPERTISE - STRATEGIES AND PRODUCTS WE WILL ADVISE ON Whilst our advisers are authorised to provide advice on a broad range of strategies and products, Leanne and Tony s areas of expertise are quite specific and we will generally only assist you with advice on the strategies and products listed below: Establishment & wind up of SMSF s; Fund comparison & rollover advice; Basic superannuation advice including contributions advice (cash or in-specie); Rollovers; Transition to Retirement; Retirement Income Streams; Death Benefit Nominations; Receiving Death Benefits; Deposit products (within SMSF); Cash Management Trusts. If we identify any strategic or product related advice needs not covered above, we will refer you to another adviser within the broader Zest Wealth Advisers team, to ensure you receive comprehensive advice. PRIVACY STATEMENT In addition to the information provided in the Magnitude FSG Part 1 on how we collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information, and how we manage this information, further details around privacy are available at www.zestwealth.com.au and/or by calling us on (03) 9654 1811. SECTION 3 FEES AND CHARGES HOW WILL YOUR FINANCIAL ADVISER BE PAID FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED? All fees and commissions disclosed in this FSG which are attributed to the services provided to you by us are paid to Magnitude. Magnitude receives all fees and commissions payable for the services we provide, and pays 100% of all the fees and commissions it receives to Zest Wealth Advisers Pty Ltd. A proportion of all the fees and commissions Zest Wealth Advisers Pty Ltd receives, up to $60,000 per financial year, is payable to Magnitude. Leanne Connor & Tony Grosso are not employees of Zest Wealth Advisers and are not paid a salary. They are remunerated by WGC Business Advisers, who will receive 100% of all fees and commissions received by Zest Wealth Advisers attributable to their client work. The exact amount Leanne or Tony will earn from providing advice to you will be outlined in your Statement of Advice / Record of Advice. These amounts are paid to WGC Business Advisors Pty Ltd for distribution by the Directors. WHAT IS YOUR FINANCIAL ADVISERS FEE STRUCTURE? As part of detailed financial planning, there are costs to you at various stages of the process. Before making any recommendations, I will discuss and agree the fees with you. Advice fees are inclusive of GST and payable by you at the following stages: 1.) Recommendation: For having a personalised financial plan (SoA) prepared, a plan preparation fee is payable. The actual fee will be dependent on the complexity of your situation and the time it takes to prepare personal financial advice for you. This fee will generally range from $1,650 to $5,500. 2.) Implementation: We may charge a placement fee and/or implementation fee to implement the recommendations in your financial plan. These are payable when you decide to proceed with the implementation of any one or more recommendations that we provide to you. The actual fee will depend on the complexity of your situation, but will generally range from $1,650 to $5,500. 3.) Ongoing Advice Service and Reviews: If you choose to have us conduct a review of your financial plan to ensure that your financial strategies and financial products remain appropriate to you, you may be charged a review fee. If you choose to have us provide an ongoing advice service, you will be charged a set dollar amount. Our Ongoing Advice Fee generally ranges from $1,100 p.a. to $2,750 p.a. Note: Full details of all fees and commissions for financial services will be provided to you in a Statement of Advice (SoA), or Record of Advice (RoA) and Product Disclosure Statements at the time of receiving any recommendation. WHAT AMOUNTS DO MY EMPLOYER AND OTHER RELATED ENTITIES RECEIVE FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES? All fees, commissions and incentives are received by Zest Wealth Advisers Pty Ltd. 100% of revenue attributed to Leanne Connor and Tony Grosso is passed on to WGC Business Advisors Pty Ltd. WHAT OTHER BENEFITS DOES YOUR FINANCIAL ADVISER RECEIVE? In addition to the remuneration detailed above, I am eligible to qualify for other benefits and entitlements as detailed below: From time to time, we may accept alternative forms of remuneration from product providers or other parties (up to a value of $300), such as hospitality or support connected with our professional development (e.g. training or sponsorship to attend conferences). We maintain a register detailing any benefit that we receive and other benefits that relate to information technology software support provided by a product issuer or that relate to educational and training purposes. A copy of the register is available on request for a small charge. WILL YOUR FINANCIAL ADVISER BE PAID WHEN MAKING A REFERRAL? We expressly do not accept payment for making a referral to an external specialist such as an accountant, solicitor or finance broker. Similarly, we do not make payments to external parties for clients referred to Zest Wealth Advisers.
