Statement of the Nature, Reasons and Basis for Filing Section 6.35 of the GT&C of the Tariff provides that ANR will file an annual report on or before May 1 of each year reflecting the operational purchases and sales of gas for the twelve-month period ending the preceding December 31. The report shall state the source, date, volumes, price, costs and revenues, and the disposition of the associated costs and revenues, for all operational purchases and sales transactions except those associated with Section 6.15 - GT&C, Cashout and Trading of Monthly Imbalances of ANR s Tariff. To comply with this filing requirement, ANR is submitting an annual report of operational purchases and sales, attached hereto at Appendix A. The report reflects that during the reporting period, ANR made (1) purchases and sales associated with Pricing Differential gas and (2) cash outs of Operational Balancing Agreements, all as more fully identified in the attached report. The attached report additionally includes information relating to the disposition of costs and revenues associated with the purchases and sales of gas. Material Enclosed In accordance with Section 154.502 of the Commission s regulations, ANR is submitting an efiling, which includes: 1. This transmittal letter; and 2.
