B. Bids are due on January 12, 2018 at 2:00 pm local time. C. Delivery shall be no sooner than July 16, 2018 and no later than August 3, 2018. D. FOB: all costs associated with shipping and handling shall be the responsibility of the bidder. E. All deliveries shall be to Horizon Middle School (500 Ash Coulee Drive), Simle Middle School (1215 N 19 th St) and Wachter Middle School (1107 S 7 th St). CONTRACTOR S LICENSE AND INSURANCE COORDINATION: The bidder shall provide adequate proof of licensure and insurance.
