Dear Valued Customer: I would like to welcome you to CNB, a division of bankesb, also known as Easthampton Savings Bank. On July 1, 2015, we successfully completed the acquisition of The Citizens National Bank. As your new financial institution, our goal is to ensure that you experience a smooth transition. The information in this booklet and enclosed Disclosure Guide will introduce you to the features and benefits of your CNB accounts. This booklet is designed for your ease of use. Each section refers to an area of specific interest. As a bankesb customer, all your CNB deposits are fully insured. You ll find banking solutions that include cutting-edge Mobile Banking Technology, a Virtual Branch and the highest level of Security to protect you. As a result, you can bank securely whenever and wherever you want. Simply put, bankesb invests in what matters most, the Customer Experience. For access to all the tools available in your new banking upgrade, you will be asked to establish new Online and Telephone Banking credentials (see pages 12 & 14 for personal and page 18 for business). Important Dates & Information Important Dates & Account Details Mark your calendars with these important dates. You can also refer to the following pages detailing specific information. All CNB branches will be open regular hours during the banking upgrade. See page 21 for hours. Prior to September 11, 2015: Continue to use your convenient CNB banking services as you always have. Friday, September 11, 2015 As of 1:00 PM, Online Banking & PowerPay service will be available for inquiry only throughout the weekend at cnbct.com. All previously scheduled and recurring transfers and payments will process without interruption. Your payees and scheduled bill payments will be carried over to the new system. Your PowerPay bill pay history will be available to view for inquiry for the next 60 days at cnbct.com. As of 5:00 PM, 24-HR Touchtone Banking will be unavailable throughout the weekend. MONDAY, September 14, 2015 The banking upgrade will be complete. Your current account numbers will not change. You may continue using CNB ATMs and your current checks as well as ATM and Debit Cards with the same PIN. Your new CNB Online Banking/Mobile Banking, Bill Pay and Telephone Banking service will be available for use. New website for Online Banking access: bankesb.com New phone number for Telephone Banking: 1.877.ESB.24HR (372.2447) CNB Online Banking and Bill Pay available at bankesb.com. The first time you login, you will be required to establish a new password and security information. See page 12 for Personal login instructions and page 18 for Business login instructions. The first time you dial in you will be required to establish a new password and security information. Refer to page 14 for instructions. Mobile Banking featuring Mobile Check Deposit and Fast Balances. Download your new bankesb mobile application after you have established your online banking User ID and selected your new password. See page 12 for instructions. After Banking Upgrade Important information to prevent overdraft. Previously, you were able to make deposits up until 5:00 PM to cover items that may have put your account into the negative throughout the day. Due to changes in processing this option will no longer be available. Your current Bounce Protection will convert to Overdraft Privilege with a limit of $750 for personal checking and $2,000 for business checking accounts. See our enclosed Disclosure Guide for details. Important information regarding your loan. The terms and conditions of your loan including the interest rate and payment due date will remain the same as expressed in your loan agreements. You will begin to receive a monthly loan billing statement after the upgrade. For your convenience, an envelope will be provided for your payment. The new address for payment is: Easthampton Savings Bank P.O. Box 351 Easthampton, MA 01027 Important information regarding fees. There will be new account fees, the majority of them for the better. See page 19 for fee changes and information. 4

Important Dates & Information DIF Insurance: The CNB partnership with bankesb also welcomes you into the Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF). Each depositor is insured by the FDIC to at least $250,000. All deposits above the FDIC insurance amount are insured by the DIF. The combination of FDIC and DIF insurance provides customers of CNB, a division of bankesb, with full deposit insurance on all their deposit accounts. No depositor has ever lost a penny in a bank insured by both the FDIC and the DIF. Questions or Assistance Call our Customer Care Center during normal business hours at 1.855.527.4111. Should you need assistance throughout the banking upgrade weekend of September 11-13, 2015, we will have extended hours. 5

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Account Services FAQs Will my account numbers change? No. Account numbers will remain the same. Can I continue to use my current checks after the upgrade? Yes. You can continue to use your checks for any accounts that have checks. Can I continue to use my current ATM/Debit Card after the upgrade? Yes. You can continue to use your ATM/Debit Card with the same PIN. When will I receive my last The Citizens National Bank statement? Your last The Citizens National Bank statement will be issued to you as it normally is in August. Your final statement will be printed on Friday, September 11, 2015 and will cover the period from your August statement through September 11th. When will I receive my first new statement? Your first new statement will be printed on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 and continue on the month s end thereafter. Your interest will be credited at the month s end. If your account receives a monthly service charge, we will waive your September monthly service charges. Will my direct deposit, recurring transfers & automatic deductions continue? Yes. Your account number is not changing so direct deposit, recurring transfers and automatic deductions will continue as normal. Will Bounce Protection for my personal checking account continue? Yes. Our program is called Overdraft Privilege. Your new limit is now $750. See our enclosed Disclosure Guide for details. Is there Overdraft Privilege for business checking accounts? Yes. We will now be offering Overdraft Privilege with a limit of $2,000 for business checking accounts. See our enclosed Disclosure Guide for details. Will my account fees change? Yes. Some fees will change after the upgrade, the majority of them for the better. Please see page 19 for fee changes and information. 6

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Deposit FAQs Will my deposits continue to be insured? Yes. In addition to the FDIC coverage of up to $250,000, your deposits will now be insured by the Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF). This insurance covers you in full for any deposit amount over the $250,000 providing you with full insurance on all deposits. Will the terms and conditions of my Certificate of Deposit (CD) change? The terms and conditions of your existing certificate of deposit (CD) will remain the same until maturity. At maturity when your certificate renews, a change in terms and conditions will apply (see page 9). General FAQs Will CNB offices remain open? Yes. All CNB offices will remain open with the same hours and same familiar faces you are used to seeing with the personal service you expect. How do I access my telephone banking? You can call 1.877.ESB.24HR (372.2447) for access. Will my login information change for telephone banking? The first time you call after September 14, 2015 you will be prompted to re-enroll. Press 1 to access your accounts Select the account type, enter your account number and when prompted for your PIN, simply enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security number to get started You may then use your previous PIN What will change with telephone banking? You will no longer be able to make a loan payment, re-order checks, get line of credit information or be able to hear upcoming pending transactions. For loan payments, use our online system at bankesb.com, visit any branch or mail them in. To re-order checks or for a listing of rates or hours & locations, visit bankesb.com. 7

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Will my online banking access change? Your user ID will remain the same. Your temporary password is the last 5 digits of your Social Security number and your 5-digit zip code. You will be prompted to set up a new password and to establish challenge questions and a personal image for security purposes. Be advised the first personal image you see may not be the one you previously chose. Will there be any changes to my Online Bill Pay? Your payees and scheduled bill payments will be retained. Your Bill Pay history will not be retained; however, your Banking Profile will be available for inquiry for the next 60 days at cnbct.com. Will my loan payment and terms change? The terms and conditions of your loan including the interest rate and payment due date will remain the same as expressed in your loan agreements. How do I pay my loan? You will begin to receive a monthly billing statement after September 14, 2015. For your convenience, an envelope will be provided for your payment. Box 351 Easthampton, MA 01027 Your Automatic Loan Payments will continue to be processed as they are now or you can continue to pay through our online system at bankesb.com, at any one of our convenient locations or mail them in. Should I continue to use my coupon book? If you are currently paying with a coupon book, you will begin to receive a monthly billing statement after Monday, September 14, 2015. For your convenience an envelope will be provided for your payment. 8

Personal Account Transition Information Your CNB accounts will automatically transition to the following accounts on Monday, September 14, 2015. As an added benefit, your debit card transaction limits have increased: Consumer Debit Limit $500 cash, $2,500 (Point-of-Sale) POS ATM Limit $500 cash, $500 POS 24-Hour Telephone Banking Access 1.877.ESB.24HR (372.2447) Check Writing With No Per-Check Fees Certificate of Deposit The terms and conditions of your existing certificate of deposit (CD) will remain the same until maturity. At maturity when your certificate renews, the following change in terms and conditions will apply: Your certificate will automatically renew for the same term, except the 3-Month IRA, 9-Month IRA and 9-Month CD. These will automatically renew for a 6-Month term IRA certificate of deposits allow additional deposits only at maturity during the 10 day grace period Interest on your certificate of deposit will be paid on the last business day of the month Interest penalties for closing your certificate of deposit before maturity vary depending on the term of the certificate. CDs with a maturity date of: - Less than one (1) year will forfeit three (3) months of interest - More than one (1) year will forfeit six (6) months of interest 9

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2015: For your convenience, we will extend inquiry only access to your old cnbct.com Online Banking & PowerPay service for 60 days following the banking upgrade. You may use this service to print and save an electronic copy of your online and bill payment history and estatement records. The Login Process: Starting September 14, 2015 (you will need to establish your Online Banking profile before you can access bankesb Mobile) 1. Visit bankesb.com/login/ and enter your same user ID 2. Your temporary password is the last 5 digits of your Social Security number and your 5-digit zip code 3. Read and accept the disclosure 4. Establish challenge questions 5. Select a personal image for security purposes be advised you will be presented with an unfamiliar random personal image and will need to select a new one 6. You will be prompted to change your password 7. Once you are logged into Online Banking with your new credentials, you can log into bankesb Mobile Banking just search the Google Play or the App store to download the mobile app and delete your old CNB Mobile app 12

They will now show up as a Debit (your Online Bill Payments will be automatically debited) Have Overdraft Protection as part of your available balance (this includes Bounce Protection, Overdraft Line of Credit or Linked Savings Account Balances) see our Overdraft Protection disclosure in the enclosed Disclosures Guide Use Text Banking (instead, use the bankesb Fast Balances feature and Real-Time Alerts to keep your account in check) IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION ABOUT BILL PAYMENTS After Monday, September 14, 2015, scheduled bill payments can be cancelled up to midnight the night prior to the scheduled date. Funds are debited by 9:00 AM on the next business day. Immediate, one-time bill payments will be withdrawn from your account instantly and cannot be cancelled or stopped. The cutoff time to send these payments is 12:00 PM on the scheduled day. Any payments scheduled after 12:00 PM, will be processed on the next business day.
