Specific Terms and Conditions: The server/workstation must contain at least all the components as per the listed specification. Any associated accessories required must be clearly mentioned and quoted. The bidder must install the CentOS (latest stable release) in the server and: Demonstrate connectivity to the institute's network and Internet. Demonstrate operation of the multi-gpu unit for substantial period of time without cooling or other issues. All licenses supplied must be perpetual with free upgrades at least for the entire related warranty periods. Any service request must be attended to within the next business day (NBD). The bidder must have sales and support service centers in India. The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the various system parts must also have support service centers in India. If the OEM will provide support for some parts directly then certification to this effect from the OEM must be provided. Technical bid should contain all relevant technical details such as printed technical leaflet of quoted models of various parts and other details, which may be necessary to ensure that the offer is complete in all respect including the technical specifications. Technical bid should also contain a Compliance Certificate duly signed by the bidder. Price should be quoted only in Indian Rupees on free delivery at site (IIT Kharagpur) inclusive of all taxes and incidental charges.
