PAY SCHEDULE All payments are subject to the Life and Health Coach being activated and qualified. They must have the appropriate amount of QVP volume in their personal CID the month prior to the pay date of the commission pending. Enrollment Month If you enroll in the month of January, you automatically qualify for commissions in the months of January and February. However, to qualify for commissions in March you MUST have the appropriate amount of QVP volume in your personal CID by the last day of February. For every month following, you must also have the appropriate amount of QVP volume in the month prior to receive commissions. * It is important to note that qualification is based on the date of the commission payment, not the date of purchase.

PAY SCHEDULE: ENROLLMENTS Weekly enrollments are accumulated from Sunday through Saturday. For example: May 6th through May 12th would be considered a one-week period. The commissions for the one-week period in this example would be paid on Friday, May 25th, which is two Fridays after the close of the May 6th business week. The only reasons a Life and Health Coach would not receive an expected commission would be because of an unregistered card or they did not have the appropriate amount of QVP volume in their personal CID in the month prior to pay day. Summary: Paid two Fridays after the closing Saturday.

PAY SCHEDULE: ENROLLMENTS This includes Power Start, Upgrades and Elite Customer Enrollments. Paid two weeks following the enrollment or upgrade. Always paid on Fridays. Trévo uses a Sunday-Saturday pay period. For Example: Mr. Singh enrolls Mr. Patel on any day between January 5th through January 11th, he will be paid on January 24th. Enrollment Date is anywhere between January 5th through January 11th Commission Payment * It is important to note that qualification is based on the date of the commission payment, not the date of purchase.

PAY SCHEDULE: GV COMMISSIONS This includes QVP Packages, Bulk Packs, Elite Customer subscriptions and Trévo 2Gos orders. Paid twice per month, for the previous month's activities. For Example: The orders from the 1st and second weeks of January are paid on the 2nd Friday of the following month (February). The orders from the 3rd and 4th weeks of January are paid on the 4th Friday of the following month (February). Payment: Jan 1-18 commissions Payment: Jan 19-31 commissions * It is important to note that qualification is based on the date of the commission payment, not the date of purchase.

PAY SCHEDULE: GV COMMISSIONS QVP Package sales from the first and second week, along with any Bulk Pack Sales and Elite Customer Sales from the same time period, are paid on the second Friday of the following month. For example, QVP Package sales and Bulk Pack sales from the 1st -14th of the month are paid out on the 2nd Friday of the following month. Similarly, QVP Package sales and Bulk Pack sales from the 15th - 30th are paid out on the last Friday of the following month. Summary: GV Commissions will be paid on the 2nd and last Friday of every month.

PAY SCHEDULE: POOL BONUSES Paid the 2nd Friday of the month for the previous month's recognition. PAY SCHEDULE: BRONZE/PLATINUM Paid the last day of the month following the recognition.
