Prospects viewing the commercial dial an 1-800# to request information. All inbound calls generated from the television commercials are filtered through our software system and are Live Transferred to the agent. The caller receives an automated welcome and is made aware that calls are being recorded for quality assurance purposes. System directs the live call to the next ACTIVE agent, based on STATE and availability of lead credits earned or purchased. If the agent is ACTIVE in the lead portal system, but on a personal call (not a system generated call) calls will still flow into their voicemail. If this happens the lead is considered delivered and assigned to the agent s account.
