PRODUCT DISCLOSURE SHEET (Read this Product Disclosure Sheet before you decide to take up the CIMB Bank Kwik Account. Be sure to also read the general terms and conditions) CIMB Bank Bhd CIMB Bank Kwik Account 19 March 2016 1. What is this product about? CIMB Bank Kwik Account is an account that you can open online, anytime and anywhere without going into a branch, giving you immediate usage of the account. Once you have loaded funds into the account, it immediately allows you to send and receive money by keying in your friend s or family member s email address or mobile number (instead of account number), transfer funds within CIMB Bank, perform online and in-store purchases, pay bills, reload your mobile prepaid credit, make remittances and more. It also comes with a physical Kwik Card for in-store purchases at all domestic and worldwide merchants that accept MasterCard as well as cash withdrawals via CIMB Bank ATM and other Bank s ATM displaying the CIRRUS name and/or logo. You can only own one (1) CIMB Bank Kwik Account at any point in time. You do not have to present any physical documents and no proof of income is required. All you need to do is to register online via the CIMB Clicks website at www.cimbclicks.com.my or CIMB Clicks App. Eligibility criteria to open a CIMB Bank Kwik Account: Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Applicants must own a Malaysia-registered mobile phone number and a mailing address in Malaysia. 2. What fees and charges do I have to pay? All fees and charges stated in the table below are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax, where applicable. What are the key terms and conditions? Pre-Authorisation Amount for Petrol Transactions and Hotel Stay CIMB Bank reserves the right to withhold or suspend payment of an amount of RM200 ( the preauthorisation amount ) from the Kwik Account, for a period of 2 days after the date of the said petrol transaction, where payment for petrol purchases are made at the outdoor pump of the petrol station. The pre-authorisation amount will then be reversed and the actual amount will be charged to your CIMB Bank Kwik Account upon settlement by the merchant. Alternatively, you may opt to pay at the cashier of the petrol station to avoid the pre-authorisation holding amount. Where the Card is used to pay for hotel stay, the Bank shall also have the right to withhold an amount equivalent to the amount held by the relevant hotel during check- in to the relevant hotel for a maximum of eight (8) days.. Overseas and Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions? All Kwik customers will be opted-out from conducting overseas transaction and CNP transaction which is not authenticated via strong authentication method such as dynamic password. In order to conduct such transactions, Kwik customers have to expressly opt-in by contacting our call centre at +603-6204 7788 to enable overseas and CNP transactions. Overseas transaction is a transaction made at a merchant terminal outside of Malaysia, where the Kwik card is physically presented at the terminal at the time of processing the payment. CNP transaction is a transaction made when the card is not physically present. This could include (but not limited to) a) Online, phone, or mail order transactions and b) Transactions on website Replacement Card Replacement cards can be obtained upon request by calling our call centre.

4. What if I fail to fulfill my obligations? You are responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of your CIMB Clicks User ID, Internet Banking Password, TAC, PIN or any codes (collectively hereinafter referred to as passwords ) that you will use to access the CIMB Bank Kwik Account and/or Kwik Card and to prevent the loss, theft or fraudulent use of the Kwik Card and to prevent the disclosure of the passwords. You will be responsible for all transactions through the use of the CIMB Bank Kwik Account and/or Kwik Card whether or not such usage is authorized by you. However your liability for unauthorized transaction as a consequence of the Kwik Card being lost or stolen is limited to RM250 for each Kwik Card provided that you have not :- (i) (ii) acted fraudulently; or failed to inform the Bank as reasonably practicable after discovering that the Kwik Card is lost or stolen. You may notify the Bank of any loss and/or theft of the Kwik Card and /or disclosure of the passwords to any person, immediately, by calling our call centre at +603-6204 7788. Where a PIN is used in respect of any transaction through the use of CIMB Kwik Account/ Kwik Card, you are deemed to have used the CIMB Kwik Account/ Kwik Card and you cannot allege that such transaction was unauthorized as a consequence of the Kwik Card being lost or stolen. We have the right to terminate your CIMB Bank Kwik Account if you fail to abide by the Terms and Conditions governing the CIMB Bank Kwik Account. 5. What are the major risks? You must notify us immediately after finding out that your Kwik Card is lost or stolen, or your CIMB Bank Kwik Account or PIN number or any codes, usernames and passwords have been compromised, or if you suspect that an unauthorised transaction has been conducted on your CIMB Bank Kwik Account/Kwik Card in order for us to block your account/card. 6. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact details? It is important that you inform us of any changes in your contact details to ensure that all correspondence reach you in a timely manner. This can be done by contacting the CIMB Bank Card Centre to update your contact details. 7. Where can I get further information? What do I get from this product and what are the limitations? In-store Purchase The Kwik Card/ CIMB Bank Kwik Account can be used to pay for goods and services at merchants domestically and worldwide that accept MasterCard. Online Purchases Perform online purchases with ease via the CIMB Bank Kwik Account. Note: Choose credit card as payment mode for transactions on third party websites. Fund Transfer You can transfer funds to your own account or to any third party account maintained with CIMB Bank or CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad in Malaysia via CIMB Clicks by entering the recipient s bank account number. OctoSend You can also send money to your family and friends by keying in their email address or Malaysian mobile number. It allows you to transfer funds conveniently without the hassle of remembering account numbers. To do an OctoSend, select via OctoSend under the Transfer tab in CIMB Clicks. You will receive a Claim Code which needs to be shared with the recipient within 7 days. Recipient will need to key in the code to claim the money under the Claim tab in CIMB Clicks Various Channels to Add Money to your Kwik Account You can easily add money into your CIMB Bank Kwik Account from these channels Add Money Channels Transfer from CIMB Bank/CIMB Islamic Bank savings account or current account via CIMB Clicks CIMB Bank/CIMB Islamic Bank Cash Deposit Machine FPX via CIMB Clicks Inter Bank Giro (IBG) from another bank Note: When you perform an IBG transaction Fees & Charges RM1.06 (Inclusive 6% Goods and Services Tax) RM0.11

from another bank, you are required to choose credit card as transaction type Cash Withdrawals You can withdraw cash at any CIMB Bank ATM terminals in Malaysia or other banks ATMs displaying the CIRRUS name and/or logo with your Kwik Card. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be delivered to your mailing address via normal mail. Discounts & Privileges Enjoy exclusive discounts and privileges at selected merchant partners when you pay with your CIMB Bank Kwik Account/Kwik Card. Full list of discounts and privileges benefit can be found at http://www.cimbclicks.com.my/kwik.html under the Privileges tabs. Safety Measures For added security, SMS alerts will be sent at no cost to your mobile phone number registered with the Bank whenever the following purchase amounts are made from your CIMB Bank Kwik Account: 1) Purchase amount of at least RM1 for online purchases 2) Purchase amount of at least RM500 for point-of-sale purchases To protect against fraud, you will receive an Authentication Code via SMS to authenticate your purchases made online. Wallet Limit The CIMB Bank Kwik Account has a maximum wallet limit of RM4,999 at any time. You shall not add or credit funds in excess of the said maximum amount into the CIMB Bank Kwik Account. Daily Transaction Limit The maximum daily combined retail and cash transaction limit is RM4,999. The information provided in this disclosure sheet is valid as at or until 31 May 2018.
