Run the installation file and install the application on your computer, indicating the directory where the system files will be stored: The folders to appear in the directory you have indicated: - DeskTops and MarketData (with market data files for each day), and the.exe file for the application. Launching the system. To launch the application, open the.exe file from the indicated directory, or, alternatively, via Start menu shortcut or Desktop shortcut. User account, password and code card. To make the first-time connection to the system, the user should have the user account and the initial password to be provided by the e-broker service provider. Upon the initial authorization the user is simultaneously supplied with a code card.

The user should save the code card, to be used for authorization in the future. The user will be blocked in case he/she fails to enter the correct code from the code card four times in succession. If the user has been blocked, he/she should contact the e-broker service provider who will give the user a new password and/or code card. In case the code card has been misplaced or it is suspected that authorization means have become accessible to a third party, the user should immediately contact the e-broker service provider who will give a new password and/or code card. Application windows 1. Main window with general market information Provides essential market information on-line: best bid and best ask price for a security, together with volumes; trade volumes and last price etc. Tabulation is available on the top of the window, allowing moving between the markets. Custom tabulation allows copying individual shares by dragging with the mouse or using the command copy (CTRL+C)/paste (CTRL+V), thus creating own list of equities. The layout of equities in the window can be changed by dragging the item up or down with the mouse. If there is a triangle on the top right-hand corner next to the title of the column, it means that clicking the mouse on the column title allows sorting the data in the column either in ascending or descending order. Extra functions: when the mouse cursor is on the Main window, right-clicking the mouse will open a menu if you select Columns, it is possible to tick the columns to be added to or deleted from the Desk window; when Detailed View is selected, it is possible to open a new Detailed Order Book window for the share in question, and when Chart is selected, the price chart for the share will open. 2. Detailed Order Book Displays the buy and sell orders for the selected security that have been entered into the order book, as well as all trades executed during the trading day with the respective share. The Buy and Sell boxes in the window show the buy and sell orders that are in the respective order book. Client s own-entered buy or sell orders are highlighted in blue. Ticker box allows monitoring all developments in the respective order book (a new order is entered; an order is modified; a trade is executed; an order is cancelled etc.) The entered orders are highlighted in green, cancelled orders in red, modified orders in blue and executed trades are in black font. Pointing with the cursor on the entry will display the legend. By double-clicking in the Ticker box, one can select an event, thus automatically activating History mode and, double-clicking event by event, trace step by step the historical developments in the order book. To exit the History mode, with the mouse cursor, just select order book for another security in the Main window. It the HL (Hotlink) function has been activated for the window, the window will display data on the security selected in the Main window.

3. Price chart Represents the best bid and ask prices in a chart, together with the price and volume of the trades executed during the day. If the HL (Hotlink) function has been activated for the window, the window will display data on the security selected in the Main window. 4. Executed public trades (Ticker) Provides data on the modified volumes and prices in the buy and sell orders, execution or cancellation of trades 5. Executed private trades of the user Displays the user s executed trades during the trading day. 6. Entered private orders and trades for the selected security (Orders/Trades) The active orders entered by the user in the selected order book and the trades executed during the trading session are displayed in the window. The orders and executed trades allow filtering, and it is also possible to modify the properties of the orders or cancel orders. 7. All entered private orders and trades (Orders/Trades) All active orders of the user and trades executed during the trading session. 8. User s cash and securities limits (Summary) The authorized cash and securities limits for the user, with the purpose to limit the client s trading within the authorized limits. The window also provides the trading statistics of the user the number of active orders and executed trades, changes in the cash and equity positions. In addition, the user may use the window Positions, selecting Private Positions, showing the user s initial cash and securities positions (in the morning) and the current balance as a result of trading. Pressing Refresh will refresh the data in the Positions window. 9. The news distributed by the issuers via GlobeNewswire (News) The window allows monitoring the news only for those issuers who distribute their news via the GlobeNewswire service. A news article may be opened for further viewing.

Entering, modification and cancellation of orders Opening the order entry window There are several alternatives for entering buy or sell orders in the system: In the Main window, right-click Buy/Sell on the relevant securities entry: In the New Order, right-click in the Detailed Order Book for the respective security (on the Buy side, a window for buy order will open; on the sell side a window for sell order will open). When clicking on Bid, an automatically generated sell order will open for the user, with the best buy price and quantity available at that particular moment in the market; conversely, when clicking on Ask, an automatically generated buy order will open for the user, with the best sell price and quantity available at that moment in the market.
