Product Overview GeoEnrichment data products use Pitney Bowes Address Fabric and location data in a pre-processed.txt or H2DB file. These datasets enrich locations with variables such as crime, wildfire, population, household finances, and property information. This eliminates the need for spatial processing to get precise location information about an address. Demographics Data Nothing to update in this release. Risk Data Earthquake Removed the EQS_State field from the Risk data layout Premium Tax The following district has been removed from the Premium Tax data for New York: State_Abbr Dist_Name Tax_Code NY UNION HILL FD 02647 The following district has been modified in the Premium Tax data for New York: State_Abbr Dist_Name Tax_Code NY WEBSTER FIRE DEPARTMENT 02633 Property Fire Protection Updated the unit for Nearest_Water_Body field from miles to feet Property Attributes Data Improved unit level Geocoding for all products PROP_CAT has been added to the product/layout to define if a property is residential or commercial. Replacement cost (PROP_REPLACECALC) has been added to the product/layout with the value currently as NULL, but in a future release will be updated to have a valid value. The Property Attributes Data variants such as All, Insurance, Basic, Real Estate have been discontinued from this release. New bundles definition have been created which includes Basic, Standard, Ultimate, and Historical Sales. 6

File names have been changed, where we have replaced the space with the underscore Known Issues The following are known issues for the products, in 2018.03 release Demographics Data Demographics data is not available for Virgin Islands Risk Data Distance to Coast: GeoEnrichment Data not available for Colorado, Iowa, North Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, Wyoming and Wisconsin as they are not within 500 miles of a coastline. Earthquake: NewMadrid_Dist field value can be -999999.0 for pbkey that don't fall in an Earthquake zone and are also at a distance of more than 300 miles from New Madrid fault region. Earthquake data is not available for Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. WildFire DIST_WUI field can have values -999999.0 for PBKEYs that are atleast 20 miles farther than a Wild Land Interface area. DIST_WUI field can have values 0.0 for PBKEYs that are within a Wild Land Interface. Wildfire Risk data is not available for Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. Property Fire Protection Fire Protection data is not available for Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands Few of the fields or product columns that do not have value for PBKey, those fields display -999999.0 as field value. 7

Property Attributes Data Few of the First and Last Name records have alpha-numeric values, for example 138548591 4-T, 138556091 376A, 138573438 4, etc. There are some extreme values in the data for particular columns such as, "999999998" for PROP_LANDSQFT, 9999999999900 for PROP_ACRES, etc. The extreme values can be high or low respective to the field.
