THE DOVE SELF-ESTEEM PAY CONFIDENCE FORWARD SERVICE TRIP CONTEST OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES Standard data rates apply to participants who choose to participate in the Contest via a mobile device. The Dove Self-Esteem Pay Confidence Forward Service Trip Contest (the Contest ) will begin on July 14, 2018, at 12:00:00 AM EST and will end on August 10, 2018, at 11:59 PM EST (the Contest Period ). By participating in this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Official Contest Rules (the Rules ). The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram (the Social Platform ). The Social Platform is hereby completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to the Social Platform. You may only use your one (1) personal Social Platform account to participate in this Contest. 2. To enter and to be eligible to win, entrant must be a legal resident of Canada and must have reached the legal age of majority in the province or territory in which he/she resides. Despite the foregoing, employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of Unilever Canada Inc. (the Contest Sponsor ), its parent organization, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers (including without limitation ME to WE Trips Inc. ( ME to WE ), and Shoppers Drug Mart Inc.) advertising/promotion agencies and any other entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the Contest Parties ) are ineligible to enter or win. 3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, you must log-in to your personal Instagram account and post content during the Contest Period that: (i) includes your unique and original photo of yourself and a young person in your life (a Photo ) and a caption describing how you will pay confidence forward to a young person (between the ages of 8 and 18 (both inclusive)) in your life (a Caption ); (ii) includes the following hashtags #PayConfidenceForward #ContestEntry (the Hashtags ); and (iii) the following tags @ShoppersDrugMartOfficial @Dove @MetoWe (the Tags ) (collectively, an Entry ). IMPORTANT: The Contest Sponsor may not be able to view your Entry, receive messages from you or send messages to you, or otherwise detect your participation in the Contest if your personal Instagram account settings are set to private. It is each entrant s sole responsibility to take all steps required for the Contest Sponsor to be able to detect and view his or her Entry and to set his or her personal Instagram account settings to accept communications from the Contest Sponsor, and to timely check his or her your personal Instagram account for any direct messages, direct posts, comments or replies (as applicable) from the Contest Sponsor. To be eligible, all content and materials associated with your Entry (including without limitation your Photo and Caption) must: (i) be submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period; (ii) include all required components and materials noted above; (iii) reflect the themes stated above; (iv) be in accordance with these Rules, including, but not limited to, the Additional Entry Requirements listed below; and (v) be in accordance with the applicable terms, rules, policies and guidelines of the Social Platform (the Social Platform Rules ) (all as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). 4. ADDITIONAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE THAT THE ENTRY (AND EACH INDIVIDUAL COMPONENT THEREOF) COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE RULES. THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) WILL BEAR NO LEGAL LIABILITY REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR ENTRY. THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE RULES. Your Entry must never have been previously selected as a winner in any other contest. To be eligible for entry in this Contest, your Entry must meet the following specific requirements: By participating in the Contest, each entrant warrants and represents that his/her Entry: i. is original to him/her and that the entrant has all necessary rights in and to the Entry to enter the Contest; ii. does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; iii. does not contain any reference to or likeness of any identifiable third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals and their parent/legal guardian if they are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (note: if you cannot obtain the consent of an individual appearing in your Entry, then he/she must be completely deleted from your Entry); iv. will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party, or give rise to any claims for payment whatsoever; and v. is not defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene, and further that it will not contain,

depict, include, discuss or involve, without limitation, any of the following: nudity; alcohol/drug consumption or smoking; explicit or graphic sexual activity, or sexual innuendo; crude, vulgar or offensive language and/or symbols; derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual, religious or other groups (including, without limitation, any competitors of the Contest Sponsor); content that endorses, condones and/or discusses any illegal, inappropriate or risky behaviour or conduct; personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, names, telephone numbers and addresses (physical or electronic); commercial messages, comparisons or solicitations for products or services other than products of the Contest Sponsor; any identifiable third party products, trade-marks, brands and/or logos, other than those of the Contest Sponsor (e.g. any clothing worn and/or products appearing in your Entry must not contain any visible logos, trade-marks or other third party materials unless the appropriate consents have been obtained --- note: all identifiable third party products, trade-marks, brands and/or logos for which consent has not been obtained by the entrant must be blurred out so as to be unrecognizable); conduct or other activities in violation of these Rules; and/or any other content that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, all as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. The Contest Sponsor and/or its designated content moderator (the Reviewer ) may screen your Entry. The Reviewer reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to edit or modify any Entry, or to request an entrant to modify, edit and/or re-submit his or her Entry, in order to help ensure that the Entry complies with these Rules, or for any other reason. By entering the Contest and submitting an Entry, each entrant: (i) without limiting the applicable Social Platform Rules, grants to the Contest Sponsor, in perpetuity, a worldwide non-exclusive license to publish, display, communicate to the public by telecommunication, make available, reproduce, modify, edit and otherwise use his/her Entry, in whole or in part, for any purpose (including without limitation for the purposes of administrating, advertising and promoting the Contest) in any type of media; (ii) waives all moral rights in and to his/her Entry in favour of the Contest Parties; and (iii) agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties (defined below) from and against any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other cause of action that relates in any way to his/her Entry, including, without limitation, any breach of privacy rights or intellectual property rights. For greater certainty, the Reviewer reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and at any time during the Contest, to modify, edit or remove any Entry, or to request an entrant to modify or edit his or her Entry, if a complaint is received with respect to the Entry, or for any other reason. 5. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person and per Social Platform account. If it is discovered by the Contest Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Contest Sponsor) that any person has attempted to: (i) exceed any of the limits stated in these Rules; and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities, email addresses, Social Platform accounts and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Contest; then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor. Your Entry may be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor): (i) it is not fully completed with all required information; and/or (ii) your Entry does not comply with the Additional Entry Requirements and/or is not submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period. The Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, illegible or incompatible Entries (all of which are void). All Entries and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Contest Sponsor including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Contest Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Contest Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Contest Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). 6. There are eleven (11) prizes available to be won (the Prizes ), as follows: (i) one (1) grand prize (the Grand Prize ); and (ii) ten (10) secondary prizes (the Secondary Prizes ). The Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of a ME to WE Service trip to India for eleven (11) days for two (2) for with an approximate retail value of $17,000 based on a Toronto departure example (the Grand Prize ). In any event, the total Grand Prize value will not exceed $17,000 CAD and the following terms and conditions apply to the Grand Prize: (i) the Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable and/or or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) no substitutions except at Contest Sponsor s option; (iii) all travel related to the Grand Prize must be completed within a year of being confirmed as the Grand Prize winner on dates specified by the Contest Sponsor (otherwise the Grand Prize may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor, be forfeited in its entirety and, if forfeited, nothing will be substituted in its place); (iv) the confirmed winner and his/her guest must: (a) travel on same itinerary (a sample itinerary is provided in Schedule A to provide information regarding the types of activities that will be included, but for greater certainty and the avoidance of doubt the actual itinerary will be determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) (select meals and beverages are included (as selected by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion)); (c) agree to be bound by and to comply with the ME to WE travel policies, which include a medical policy, travel documentation and insurance policy, and travel safety policy) (b) have all necessary documentation to permit travel (including without limitation an Indian Tourist Visa); (v) the costs of everything that is not included in

the Grand Prize is the sole and absolute responsibility of the confirmed winner and his/her guest, including without limitation the required travel insurance, out-of-country medical insurance, trip cancellation and trip interruption insurance (NOTE: the confirmed winner may be required to present a valid major credit card in his/her name at the time of any applicable hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses); (vi) if the confirmed winner and his/her guest do not utilize any part(s) of the Grand Prize, then any such part(s) not utilized may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor, be forfeited in their entirety and, if forfeited, nothing will be substituted in their place; (vii) the Contest Sponsor reserves the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the Grand Prize or any component thereof; and (b) substitute the Grand Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or prize component(s) of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Contest Sponsor s sole discretion, a cash award; (viii) all arrangements relating to the Grand Prize must be made through the Contest Sponsor or its designated agents; (ix) by accepting the Grand Prize, the confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Released Parties if the Grand Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part; (x) the Released Parties will not replace any lost or stolen tickets; (xi) the confirmed winner s guest must: (a) must be between the ages of 8 and 18 (both inclusive), and must be a Canadian resident with a valid passport and no impediment to entering India; and (b) must have his/her parent or legal guardian sign and return the Contest Sponsor s release (by the date indicated on the release form) indicating that she waives all recourse against the Released Parties relating to his/her participation in the Grand Prize (including, without limitation, all travel and activities related thereto); (xii) any difference between the actual value of the Grand Prize and its stated approximate retail value will not be awarded; (xiii) all characteristics and features of the Grand Prize (and of each Grand Prize element) are at the Contest Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion; (xiii) precise travel and accommodation arrangements (as applicable) are subject to space and availability and shall be made at the Contest Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion; (xiv) once booked, travel arrangements may not be changed; (xv) certain blackout dates and further restrictions may apply; (xvi) the Released Parties will be in no way responsible in the event that any part of the Grand Prize is delayed, cancelled, postponed or rescheduled for any reason whatsoever; (xvii) the Released Parties are not responsible in the event the confirmed winner and/or his/her guest are unable to travel for any reason, in which case, the Grand Prize will be forfeited nothing will be provided in its place; and (xviii) both the confirmed winner and his/her guest must be physically fit and able to participate in the Grand Prize (including without limitation all ME to WE coordinated activities and as required travel) (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). The Secondary Prizes: Each Secondary Prize consists of a $100 Shoppers Drug Mart gift card (subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer). Limit of one (1) Prize per person. 7. A panel of judges (the Contest Judges ) appointed by the Contest Sponsor will judge each Entry on the basis of the following weighted criteria: Criteria Weighting Quality of photo posted of entrant and a young person in their life 30% Quality of caption describing how they will grow confidence in the young 70% person s life Total Score Maximum 100% Each Entry will be given a score (each, a Score ) by the Contest Judges. The entrant associated with the Entry that obtains the top Score will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner, whereas the entrants associated with the Entries that obtain the next ten (10) top Scores will each be deemed a potential Secondary Prize winner. Odds of being selected as a potential Prize winner depend on the number of eligible Entries received and the calibre of the Entries on the basis of the judging criteria. In the event of a tie between two or more Entries based on total Score, the entrant associated with the Entry from amongst all such Entries that are tied with the highest score on the quality of the caption describing how the entrant will grow confidence in the young person s life, will be deemed to have obtained the higher Score. Judging is scheduled to be completed on August 24, 2018 at 10 AM ET (the Selection Date ). The Contest Sponsor, acting reasonably, will attempt to contact each potential Prize winner to notify him/her that he or she may have won a Prize via Instagram messaging (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) within five (5) business days after the Selection Date. In the event that a potential winner cannot be contacted within such time, he or she will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected in accordance with the procedure outlined above at the Contest Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new potential Prize winner). Each entrant is solely responsible for ensuring his/her Social Platform account settings are set such that he/she is able to receive such notification messages from the Contest Sponsor (e.g. by having an open Instagram account). Proof of identification must be provided upon request. In order to be declared a winner, each potential winner, will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by the Contest Sponsor, a full declaration and release form stating that, among other things, he/she has read and understood these Rules, grants all consents required, authorizes the Contest Sponsor to broadcast, publish, disseminate and otherwise use his/her name, city/town/village and province/territory of residence, photograph, voice and other likeness, in connection with any promotion and/or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and/or information purposes at no additional compensation to the potential winner, beyond the awarding of or participation in the applicable Prize, assigns all intellectual property, including copyright, in and to his/her Entry to the Contest Sponsor, waives all his/her moral rights in and to his/her Entry in favour of the Released Parties, agrees to indemnify the Released Parties (defined below) against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use of his/her Entry, accepts the Prize as awarded and releases the Contest Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, all other representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the Released Parties ) from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or

the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof. If a potential Prize winner: (a) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time; (b) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the applicable Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (c) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the applicable Prize) and the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to selected an alternate potential winner in accordance with the procedure outlined above at the Contest Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new potential Prize winner). 8. By entering this Contest each entrant and participant automatically agree to accept and abide by these Rules. All decisions of the Contest Sponsor with respect to any aspect of this Contest, including without limitation the eligibility of Entries and entrants are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this Contest. 9. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Contest Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of Entries and/or entrants. ANYONE DEEMED BY THE CONTEST SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE CONTEST SPONSOR AT ANY TIME. The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of the Social Platform during the Contest; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any Entry, or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant s or any other person s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; and/or (v) any combination of the above. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an Entry, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deem the Entry to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the Social Platform account used to submit the Entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the person who is assigned a Social Platform account by the Social Platform. An entrant may be required to provide proof (in a form acceptable to the Contest Sponsor including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Social Platform account used to submit the Entry in question. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, subject only to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the Régie ) in Quebec, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including, without limitation, any error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failure. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Contest Sponsor, subject only to the approval of the Régie, reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. The Sponsor reserves the right, subject only to the approval of the Régie, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or Entry with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Contest Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason. For Quebec residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this Contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Quebec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. 10. By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Contest Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her Entry only for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Contest Sponsor s privacy policy (available at: http://www.unileverprivacypolicy.com/en_ca/policy.aspx) and Shoppers Drug Mart s privacy policy (available at: http://corporate.shoppersdrugmart.ca/en-ca/privacy-policy.aspx). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Contest Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of his/her personal information. 11. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest related materials, including but not limited to any Social Platform or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of the Rules shall prevail, govern and control. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and French version of these Rules, the English version shall prevail, govern and control. 12. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade-names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the

Contest Sponsor and/or its affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited. 13. For a list of the confirmed winners, entrants may send a request to the Contest Sponsor by mail to 33 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M5E 1X6 after the Contest Period, but no later than August 24, 2018 at 10 AM ET. 14. Without limiting any of the foregoing terms and conditions of these Rules, the confirmed Grand Prize winner and his/her guest (and the guest s parent or legal guardian on the guest s behalf) hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims made against the Released Parties demands, liability, lawsuits, attorney s fees, expenses, costs (including reasonable legal fees), causes of action, judgments or awards of any character resulting from any damage to the personal property, personal injury (including paralysis and death), illness, damages, economic loss, or emotional loss incurred by the confirmed Grand Prize winner and his/her guest while taking part in the Grand Prize trip and all related activities
