1. Currency Field For Residential quotes, the values in the following fields will be automatically rounded off to a whole number (for example, $200.20 will be rounded off to $200.00whereas $100.55 will be rounded off to $101.00) when you change the status of the quote (sand save the record) or when you click on ReCalculate button Requested sell price Requested buy price Approved sell price Approved buy price Foreign requested sell price Everyday price However, this "rounding off" logic is not applicable to Commercial quotes. Transactions impacted by this amendment: All transactions wherever the above mentioned fields in the line items are added/edited, such as: o Create a Quote 2. Modifications in Agreement Creation You cannot create an agreement for a quote if the status field is set to Cancelled. The New button in the Agreement tab will be disabled in this case. 1 P a g e

3. Competition Field The Competition field is now made mandatory when creating a new quote. You cannot save a quote without entering Competitor information. You will select a value from the drop-down list in the Competition field of the quotes form view. As a result, this value will be displayed in the Competition field of the quote header in the list view. Transactions impacted by this amendment: Create a Quote Revise a Quote 2 P a g e

4. Expand All (+) and Collapse Button (-) in Line Items Applet The Expand All (+) and Collapse (-) buttons have been added in the line items applet. 3 P a g e

a. All Line items Collapsed using the - button When the - button is clicked, the line items in the Sub Total folder (the package) will be compressed (collapsed). None of the items within the package will be displayed. Only the Sub Total line will be displayed. 4 P a g e

b. All Line items Expanded using the + button When the + button is clicked, the line items in the Sub Total folder (the package) will be expanded to display all the items within the package. Transactions impacted by this amendment: Packaging and Unpackaging 5 P a g e

5. Delete No Price Option in Line Items The Delete Items button deletes all line items that does not have Everyday price against them. The Delete Items button has been moved from the Line Items view to the shortcut list. This list is displayed when you click the Menu button. It has been renamed as Delete No Price. You will select the Delete No Price option in the shortcut list to delete all line items where the Everyday Price field is blank. Transactions impacted by this amendment: All transactions wherever line items are added/edited, such as: o Create a Quote 6 P a g e

6. Comments Field in Line Items A new field called Comments has been introduced against the line items that will allow you to add any information/comment against a particular line item. You will click the Comments field against a line item to enter relevant comments (maximum 50 characters) for the individual or packaged line item. This feature is also available against the Sub-Total line for the packaged line items. This is the only editable field against the packaged line items. This comment will be displayed in all Agreements that you would generate for a quote. Transactions impacted by this amendment: All transactions wherever line items are added/edited, such as: o Create a Quote o Single record update (Type of Request: Update Line Items) Packaging and Unpackaging Generate Agreements 7 P a g e

7. Fax Notes Renamed as Pricing Notes The Fax Notes option in the Type field of Public Notes sub-view has been renamed as Pricing Notes. You will select the Pricing Notes option from the Type drop-down list of the Public Notes sub-view to create a note visible to the Pricing team. This note will appear in the Agreements as Pricing Notes. Transactions impacted by this amendment: During the entire quote lifecycle wherever you are allowed to create public notes. 8 P a g e

8. Steps to Re-Order Line Items A new functionality named ReOrder has been introduced in Siebel that will allow you to rearrange the order in which the line items are displayed. In the following example, the quote has four line items (including two packages). You will now see the steps required to rearrange the 4 th line item (with order #8) as the 2 nd line item (with order #2). Step1: Select the line item to be reordered and click the Order field. 9 P a g e

Step 2: Type 1.1 in the Order field to move the item 2AYTXVC3A6464A from order # 8 to the position between the current order # 1 and 2. Note: To change the order of an item, you will type in a value that is between the two order numbers where you want to place the selected item. In this example, to place the line item with Order number 8 beneath the item with Order number 1, you can enter any value between 1 and 2 i.e within the range of 1.1 to 1.9. 10 P a g e

Step 3: Click the ReOrder button to place the item 2AYTXVC3A6464A between the item 4AYTXVH3B2531A and the Sub Total folder. 11 P a g e

Result: The line item 2AYTXVC3A6464A (with 8 as the previous order number) has now been moved below the item with order number 1. The new order number for the item 2AYTXVC3A6464A is 2. Note: For packaged items, the system only allows an entire package to be re-ordered. Individual Items inside a package cannot be reordered. Transactions impacted by this amendment: All transactions wherever line items are added/edited, such as: o Create a Quote o Single record update (Type of Request: Update Line Items) Packaging and Unpackaging 12 P a g e

9. Modifications in Commercial Quote Creation The system has been changed to ensure that you need not type in amounts for individual line items for a Commercial Quote. You will perform the following steps to create a Commercial quote: Step 1: You will create the quote header and fill in all required fields. Step 2: Create line items and fill the required quantity in the Qty field. 13 P a g e

Step 3: Click the Get Price button. Note: If you want to type the requested sell price or/and the requested buy price against individual line items, the system will allow you to modify the pre-populated values. The Everyday Price, Req. Buy Price, and Req. Sell Price are automatically generated by the system when the Get Price button is clicked. Note that, by default the Req. Buy Price is the same as Everyday Price. The Req. Sell Price is calculated based on the Margin to apply (that is, Req. Sell price = Req. Buy Price + Margin to apply). You can also modify the Req. Sell Price and the Req. Buy Price for individual line items (if required). 14 P a g e

Step 4: Navigate to the Public Notes sub-view in the Notes tab and create a note with the Type field set as Pricing Notes. Step 5: Enter the total value of the quote (that is, the total requested sell price, total requested buy price, and so on for the entire quote) in the Description field of the Pricing Notes. 15 P a g e

Step 6: Scroll up to the quotes form view and change the status to Pending Pricing Review to submit the quote to Pricing. When the quote comes back from Pricing with status as Pending Sales Review, the quote will have the approved sell and buy prices, spread across individual line items. Transactions impacted by this amendment: Create a Commercial quote 16 P a g e

10. Modifications in Single Record Update Transaction The steps to select a quote # for performing single record update have been modified. Earlier, while selecting the quote # for which the update is required, you had performed multiple steps. In the new process, the number of steps have been reduced, thus making quote selection process simpler/easier. You will perform the following steps to select a quote # for performing single record update in Siebel. Step 1: Create a new update request record by clicking the New button, and select the request type from the Type drop-down list. Step 2: Select the Type, Brand, and Business Segment. 17 P a g e

Step 3: You will click the icon in the Quotes field to open a pop-up with the list of available quotes. 18 P a g e

Step 4: In the pop-up, you will select the quote # (Agreement #) for which you need to perform the update, and click the OK button to confirm the selection. 19 P a g e

Result: The quote # gets populated in the Quote field of the update request record. Note: You can also type in the quote # in the Quote field instead of performing the steps mentioned here. You will then perform the steps to complete the update request for various types of updates, as per the simulation. 20 P a g e
