This factsheet has been produced to provide you with information on this blended fund. It includes information on the investment objective of the fund, where the fund is invested, risk information and may also include past performance. This factsheet is for information only. It is not designed to provide advice on the suitability of an investment for your personal financial situation. If you have any questions regarding the information included in this factsheet, you are recommended to speak to the Trustees in the first instance. This fund is made available by Aviva. The aim, objective and composition of this blended fund has been set by the Trustees of AllianceBernstein Group Personal Pension Plan on the recommendation of the Advisers to the scheme. The most up to date factsheet is available from aviva.co.uk/membersite Additional information may also be available from the Trustees. Investment Objective The Fund has been designed by AllianceBernstein for an investor saving to retire in or around the year stated in the Fund s name (its Target Date ). Its aim is to maximise, for a typical investor in this fund, their eventual retirement income whilst taking account of their decreasing capacity to afford losses as they approach and, possibly go past this Target Date. As such the Fund will progressively move from riskier assets selected for capital-growth, such as equities and property, into lower risk, retirement income protection assets such as cash and bonds, as it approaches and passes its Target Date. The Fund can invest either directly in securities or indirectly via underlying funds on an actively or passively managed basis. Investments may include, but are not limited to, the following: equities and bonds (including high yield bonds) in both developed and emerging markets, property, money market instruments, derivatives and alternative investments (including commodities, private equity, real estate investment trusts (REITS), hedge funds, venture capital). AllianceBernstein is responsible for advising the Fund and seeks to ensure that the mix of assets continues to remain appropriate given the Fund s aim. AllianceBernstein will also employ a dynamic asset allocation strategy which seeks to mitigate the effects of large market movements without detracting from long-term returns. Investors should refer to the most recent literature for details of the current asset allocation strategy of the fund which may change. The benchmark has been determined by Trustees of the AllianceBernstein Group Personal Pension Plan. Benchmark performance is shown on a Total Return basis. This assumes that any income was taxed at basic rates of income tax and then reinvested. The benchmark will not include costs or charges which would apply to the fund or those likely to be incurred if constructing such a portfolio generally. The fund may under perform or outperform its benchmark over any given period. Cumulative performance of the to end of June 2018 1 year 2 years 3 years 5 years 10 years % growth 8.3% 34.9% 34.9% 68.7% - Please be aware that past performance is not a guide for future performance. The value of units may fall as well as rise and is not guaranteed. You may get back less than you invest. The fund has a single daily price which means that on any given day, Aviva uses the same price for buying and selling units. Any income the fund receives will be reinvested in the fund. Fund information and performance figures are compiled using data sourced by FE (formerly Financial Express) and AllianceBernstein.

Further Information Benchmark Where available, is a measure (or measures) against which fund performance may be assessed. Performance Information This fund is made available by Aviva only and may purchase assets (such as shares or bonds) or units in other funds as specified by the Trustees of My LV= Pension Plan Scheme who are responsible for selecting the fund(s) held within the blended fund; these funds can change from time to time. Performance is calculated using the unit price for the periods shown. Although Aviva takes every care to ensure that the data provided by or to, external sources about funds is accurate, occasionally discrepancies may occur for example due to pricing delays. In all cases Aviva will endeavour to ensure that these discrepancies are corrected at the earliest opportunity. Aviva accept no liability for loss due to such discrepancies, for example where the investor has relied on the information contained in the individual fund factsheet to help them make investment decisions. Information about charges Charges are taken to pay for the fund management, policy administration and any other costs reasonably incurred. In addition to the fund management charge, there may be additional fund expenses. These are expenses incurred by the fund such as custodian fees, audit fees, depository/trust fees. The performance figures shown include annual fund management charges and other fund expenses and product charges which may not be the charges which apply to your scheme. Additional information may also be available from the Trustees. Pricing The unit price of this fund normally reflects the price at which the underlying assets can be purchased. However, when there are more units being cancelled from a fund than are being purchased, the unit price will normally be lower to reflect the price at which the underlying assets can be sold. Where a fund invests in shares or other assets which are designated in a different currency to the fund, prices may rise and fall purely as a result of exchange rate fluctuations. Where the underlying fund is denominated in a different currency to the blended fund, exchange rates will influence the blended fund past performance figures either positively or negatively. It should be noted that the performance of the Aviva fund may not necessarily match the performance of the underlying fund due to fund charges and appropriate adjustments for taxation. Aviva reserves the right to revise its charges at any time. Different funds carry different levels of risk. Investors may not get back the full amount invested. Restrictions on transactions Aviva may delay dealings in a fund such as surrenders or switches for up to one month (for example when dealings on a stock exchange are suspended), or six months for funds that invest in property (so that a property can be sold if necessary). In exceptional circumstances these periods may be extended where this is fair to policyholders invested in a fund. Any transactions delayed will be based on the unit price when the transaction actually takes place. For further information about moving your investments please refer to the information made available by the Trustees. Factsheets are updated quarterly. The most up to date factsheet is available from: www.aviva.co.uk/membersite

Introduction to Risk Rating Aviva calculates its risk ratings using historical performance data, based upon the methods set by European Union rules. We also carry out further research using information from the underlying fund s investment manager(s). We review each fund s risk rating annually and it may change over time. The timing of your investment decisions is very important and you should consult a financial adviser. Past performance is not a guarantee of future performance. Our risk ratings go from 1 to 7, with 1 being the lowest and 7 the highest. As a point of reference, a fund with a risk rating of 4 (medium volatility) would typically experience the volatility you would expect from a fund invested in a range of different types of investment (for example shares, property and bonds) without any bias to a particular investment type. 1. The historical performance of funds with this risk rating has typically experienced the lowest volatility of all the funds Aviva has rated. This means that these funds have the lowest potential for substantial changes in value compared with other Aviva funds. 2. The historical performance of funds with this risk rating has typically experienced low volatility compared with other funds Aviva has rated. This means that these funds have a low potential for substantial changes in value compared with other Aviva funds. 3.
