Welcome to Arrowhead We are happy to have you as a member. Your accounts will officially convert from Harbor Area Postal Employees Federal Credit Union to Arrowhead on May 1, 2018. Your Membership Card At Arrowhead you have a member number, which you use anytime you call Arrowhead or login to Online Banking. You also SAMPLE have a specific account number for each share, which you would use externally for direct deposit and electronic transfers. Your membership card below contains your new information. If you have additional shares and/or loans, please see your ID conversion chart on the next page. Your Direct Deposit If you have an existing direct deposit to your Harbor Area account it will automatically deposit to your Arrowhead account. Your New Debit, ATM and/or Credit Card(s) Soon you ll receive your new Arrowhead card(s), which can be activated at anytime. If applicable, you ll be able to use your credit card on April 27, and ATM/Debit card on May 1. You can create a PIN when you activate your card. Arrowhead Checks We ve included eight starter checks, which you can start using on May 1. Any outstanding Harbor Area checks will clear from the available funds in your account, however we recommend using your Arrowhead checks as soon as possible. Setting Up Online Banking On May 1, you can setup Online Banking. See the enclosed setup guide with step-by-step instructions for logging in for the first time. Setting Up Your Arrowhead Account Activate Your ATM/Debit Card Call (866) 212-4333 Your ATM or Debit card will be arriving soon. You can activate your card at any time, but you won't be able to use it until May 1 at 7am. Your Harbor Area ATM and Debit cards will deactivate on April 30 at 7:30pm. Find Your Account Information Arrowhead routing number: 322 282 603 If you have a checking account, you'll find your checking and routing number on the enclosed starter checks. You can also find your account information on your membership card, included in this folder. If you'd like to order a box of Arrowhead checks, please contact us at (800) 743-7228. Once you start using Arrowhead checks, you'll be able to see images of cleared checks in Online and Mobile Banking. You'll also be able to view your statement history, including your last 18 months of HAPEFCU statements. Once you sign up for Online Banking on a computer, you then have access to use the Arrowhead App on your Android or ios device. Online Banking Setting Up Online Banking Go to www.arrowheadcu.org 1 In the login box in the upper right corner, click Register. 2 Enter your member number, click Submit. A temporary password will be emailed to your email address on file. If you are not registered for Online Banking with HAPEFCU, please call (800) 743-7228 for your temporary password. 3 Retrieve the email with your temporary password and return to the login screen at arrowheadcu.org. Enter your member number and temporary password in the login box and click Login. 4 Create a permanent password it is case sensitive and must be 8-20 alpha-numeric characters. 5 Set up at least 4 security questions for the account. All answers will be multiple choice.
