This provides a great way to manage multiple account types! Your NEW Commonwealth Credit Union member number and account numbers will be used moving forward. If you have automatic payments using your checking account and routing number, there is no need to change anything you currently have scheduled (for example: direct deposits, transfers, and payments). We ve taken steps to ensure these will continue to process as they should. 3

DEBIT CARDS, CREDIT CARDS, AND CHECKS YOUR NEW COMMONWEALTH DEBIT CARDS - ARRIVING SOON If you currently have a LMPO Debit Card - be on the lookout for your NEW Commonwealth Credit Union cards. Once you receive your card, if you haven t already, simply follow the instructions on the card or on the insert included with the card. You can activate the card immediately, but you ll have to wait until after the conversion on October 1, 2018 to begin using your card. If the new card is used prior to October 1, your transaction will be declined. YOU WILL BE RECEIVING A DEBIT CARD FOR EACH OF YOUR ACCOUNT TYPES (I.E., PRIMARY, JOINT, ADDITIONAL). EACH DEBIT CARD WILL HAVE A UNIQUE AND INDIVIDUAL CARD NUMBER. YOUR CURRENT LMPO DEBIT CARDS Your current LMPO Debit Cards will work until close of business on Sunday, September 30, 2018. Transactions will be approved based on your available balance at close of business on Friday, September 28. Please plan to have an alternate form of payment during conversion weekend, just in case. YOUR LMPO CHECKS For now, your LMPO checks will continue to clear through your new Commonwealth Credit Union Checking Account. We will let you know when your LMPO Checks will no longer be accepted. At any time after conversion weekend, you can order checks with your new CCU checking account number. To order your checks through Commonwealth CU, call 502.564.4775 or stop by your local branch to place your initial order. After your initial order, you can conveniently reorder your checks within Online Banking. YOUR CURRENT LMPO CREDIT CARD Your current LMPO Credit Card will continue to work during conversion weekend and for a period of time afterwards. Please watch for a separate mailing regarding the transition of your credit card from LMPO to Commonwealth Credit Union, which will take place in mid-october. AUTO LOANS If you have an auto loan with LMPO, in order for us to provide you the best service possible for your auto loan, we will need your insurance information for the vehicle. This can be done quickly and easily by visiting www.myinsuranceinfo.com, on or after 10/5/18. You will be requested to enter your car s VIN and insurance information, so have it with you when you log on. Please note: This site will not be able to validate your vehicle s VIN before 10/5/18. You or your agent can also update your information by sending your insurance verification information to the below address. Along with providing us information, it is important for your insurance agent to update the lien holder information on your policy. This will help expedite payment to you should you need to file an insurance claim. AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS AND BILL PAY BILL PAY All previously scheduled payments and payees will remain the same and will be paid as scheduled. To schedule any new bill payments, you will need to do so on your current LMPO account before September 28 or on your new Commonwealth Credit Union account after October 1. You will not be able to schedule new payments or cancel existing payments during Conversion Weekend. Please note, CCU Bill Pay may take up to 2 days for your account balance to reflect the withdrawn payment. Don t worry - electronic payments will arrive on the due date stated within Bill Pay, but we will not take the funds out until this date. Funds for check payments will be taken when the check is presented for payment. Please keep this in mind when referencing your available balance, as it will not reflect pending bill pay charges. Moving forward, post conversion, funds will no longer pull from your account on the process date. You are now on a due date payment model. The day you select as the due date is the same date the funds will pull from your checking account for electronic Bill Pay payments. AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS USING YOUR LMPO DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD If you have set up automatic payments using your debit card, you will need to update your account information after conversion weekend. This would include things like streaming television, music services, and gym memberships. If you have set up automatic payments using your credit card, you will receive information in mid-october that will outline how your payments will be handled. AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS USING YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER Previously set up payments will continue as scheduled. Any payments set up after October 1 will need to be set up using your new Commonwealth Credit Union checking account number along with your new CCU routing number, which is 283978441. CONCERNED ABOUT OVERDRAFTS ON YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT? Great news! All accounts in good standing will have access to overdraft privilege on your new Commonwealth Credit Union account. If you are currently enrolled in Overdraft, you will continue to have access to $500 in overdraft privilege. If not, accounts in good standing will automatically be enrolled and have access to $300. Standard CCU eligibility and fees will apply. Please refer to the Rate and Fee disclosure previously mailed to you. In the event of an overdraft, please note that CCU does not send overdraft notices. Any overdrafts will be present in your online banking history and on your detailed statement.

ONLINE, MOBILE, AND TELEPHONE BANKING AFTER 8 AM ON OCTOBER 1, YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ONLINE BANKING. WE HAVE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED YOU IN THIS PROGRAM TO PROVIDE CONVENIENT ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. VISIT CCUKY.ORG TO LOG-IN. TO DETERMINE YOUR ID AND PASSWORD, FILL IN THE FOLLOWING: FOR YOUR ONLINE BANKING ID L M P O STANDARD LAST FOUR DIGITS OF YOUR OLD LMPO MEMBER NUMBER FOR YOUR ONLINE BANKING ID PASSWORD L M P O STANDARD LAST FOUR DIGITS OF YOUR SSN When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. We also recommend that you change your Online Banking ID at that time. Simply log in and click options. Scroll down to Modify Login Information and enter your new ID. After accessing your account through online banking, you will be able to use our mobile banking app, Commonwealth CU Go Mobile. This mobile app is available for iphone users in the App Store and the Google Play Store for Android users. Search Commonwealth Credit CU Go Mobile in the App or Google Play Store and follow the install instructions. To use automated telephone banking, call 800.435.5463 after 8:00 am on October 1 and follow the prompts. These services are safe, secure, convenient, and free! The first time you log on, you will notice that your history will only be available from October 1, 2018. Should you need access to previous statements, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION Once you re in the online banking portal, please take a minute to verify that your current email address and phone number are correct. You can do this by going to Preferences and selecting My Profile. We strive to be sure that your banking experience is as safe and secure as possible. When you update your info, we re able to stay connected with the most up-to-date information available! 6

MOBILE DEPOSITS Once you register for online banking and download the mobile banking app, you will have access to deposit checks using your smartphone. Simply open the mobile banking app, login, and click on mobile deposit in the menu. Be sure to include For Commonwealth Credit Union Mobile deposit only in your endorsement. Follow the prompts to snap a picture of the front and back of your check and make the deposit without ever stepping foot in a branch. You can deposit up to $5,000 and $200 is immediately available. DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN NICKNAME YOUR ACCOUNTS? Assign names to your deposit accounts like Bills Account or Vacation Fund. Log on to your account in online banking, click on the Options tab then select Account. Find the account you want to nickname and assign it a Pseudo Name. These new names will appear in online and mobile banking. CCU employees will also be able to see these names when serving you! 7

After October 1, you will be able to register your Commonwealth Credit Union online banking account and download mobile banking. For instructions and links to get started, go to: CCUKY.ORG/LMPO. CAN I USE MY DEBIT CARD TO GET CASH AND/OR MAKE PURCHASES? Yes. You can use your LMPO debit card at ATMs and in stores to make purchases during Conversion Weekend. You will get your new Commonwealth Credit Union Debit Card in the mail during the week of September 12. Once you receive your card, if you haven t already, simply follow the instructions on the card or on the insert included with the card. You can activate the card immediately, but you ll have to wait until after the conversion on October 1, 2018 to begin using your card.
