SCHEDULE Amendment of Annexure 4 to the regulations published by Government Notice.475 of 1973, as substituted by Government Notice.2579 of 1978 and amended by Government Notice.JJ37 of 1981 I. Hierdie regulasies is van toepassing slegs met betrekking tot 'n handeling - (a) ten opsigte waarvan die gelde in regulasie 24 van die regulasies bedoel, betaalbaar is; en (b) wat deur 'n praktisyn, soos in artikel I van die Wet op Prokureurs, 1979 (Wet 53 van 1979), verrig is in verband met 'n transaksie ten opsigte waarvan hy op of na die datum van die publikasie van hierdie regulasies 'n opdrag ontvang bet.
