Upon arrival in Sydney you will be transferred to your accommodation. Enjoy an afternoon at leisure ahead of this evening s special welcome dinner at the iconic restaurant Café Sydney. This restaurant captures the essence of Sydney from its amazing location on the rooftop of Customs House with spectacular Harbour views lit up for the Vivid Festival and delicious food. Day 2, Tuesday, 04 JUN After breakfast depart on a half day tour. Escape the hustle and bustle to Mrs Macquarie's Chair, for excellent views across Sydney Harbour, so be sure to have your camera ready! Then make your way to the World Heritage listed Hyde Park Barracks Museum for a guided tour. Discover one of the most significant convict sites in the world. You will then finish your tour at The Rocks, where you can visit the museum or take time to stroll Breakfast Lunch Dinner around this beautiful historic area. After your tour take the afternoon to enjoy at leisure ahead of tonight s group dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner join your Tour Host for a guided walk to explore one of the Vivid Festival displays. Day 3, Wednesday, 05 JUN Today you will travel to the WorldHeritage listed Blue Mountains. Our first stop will be Bygone Beautys Tearooms for delicious Devonshire Tea. Then we will make a stop at the Echo Point Lookout in Katoomba for stunning views of the valley and famous Three Sisters. It's then on to Scenic World renowned for providing the ultimate Blue Mountains experience - from native birds and fresh air, to breathtaking views. Later this afternoon we will make our way back to Sydney for a leisurely evening. Your Tour Host will be available this evening for a guided walk to see the Vivid Light displays. Day 4, Thursday, 06 JUN Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and a free day to explore the city of Sydney at your own pace. Your Tour Host will be on hand to help arrange any tours you may wish to do or suggest some great free attractions. This evening rejoin the group for dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner your Tour Host will guide a walk to see some of the fascinating light displays at The Rocks on the way back to your hotel. Day 5, Friday, 07 JUN Today you will explore one of Sydney s iconic monuments, the Sydney Opera House on a guided tour. This evening sit back and enjoy dinner on board the Sydney Vivid Dinner Cruise. See the lights of Vivid from one of the best vantage points as you sail Sydney Harbour and experience the bright lights of the city from the harbour. Day 6, Saturday, 08 JUN After breakfast you will say goodbye to Sydney and be transferred to the airport for your homeward flights. Upon arrival in Brisbane your spectacular tour will come to an end.

Travel Team Terms of Trade and Schedule of Fees PRICES Schedules and availability, fare conditions and prices can change at any time. Price changes may occur for reason or matters outside our control which increase the cost of the products or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases. DEPOSITS Travel Team requires a booking deposit which is charged per person and deducted from your final balance. The deposit is non-refundable if you should cancel. i. 1st deposit for this tour is $600.00 per person and is due within 7 days of booking. ii. Final payment is due 75 days prior to departure. PAYMENTS All prices are based on payment by cash, direct deposit or cheque.credit card surcharges are as below if you elect to use them for payment: Visa - Credit Card 1.41% Visa - Debit Card 0.91% MasterCard Credit Card 1.27% MasterCard - Debit Card 0.87% Amex 3% If you opt to make a direct deposit into our nominated bank account it may take at least 24 hours to be processed into our account. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & AMENDMENTS Any cancellations of the Tour will result in the following cancellation fees: - 100 days or more prior to departure, loss of deposit plus the cost of the airline ticket if issued. - Less than 99 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour package price. Cancellation must be made in writing for your reservation to be cancelled. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour due to insufficient numbers and full amount of deposit and other payments will be refunded to you if alternative travel dates are not accepted. Any additional costs incurred including overnight accommodation, transfers, additional tours and flights booked outside the tour will not be refunded. We recommend booking these once minimum numbers have been reached. HEALTH & FITNESS/ACTIVITY LEVEL You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel and that you are able to participate in the activities included in your itinerary. If you are unsure about your fitness to travel, please check with your GP or specialist clinic. Payment of deposit to Travel Team acts as a warranty that the traveller is reasonably healthy and/or fit to participate in the tour. Travel Team reserves the right to remove a traveller from a tour at the travellers own expense, if their health/ fitness interferes with the tour or other travellers tour experience in any way. We do not, nor are we required to, provide carers or assistants for those with reduced mobility or other health needs. In particular, tour guides, coach drivers, and your fellow passengers will not act as assistants or carers in these circumstances. TRAVEL INSURANCE Travel Insurance is compulsory for anyone travelling on a Travel Team hosted international tour. Travel Team can assist with your travel insurance needs. Please ensure you take note of the special inclusions and exclusions as they may relate to your particular circumstances. Pre-existing Medical conditions and cover for these are approved or rejected by the Insurer. If you have taken out another Travel Insurance Policy or believe you have adequate cover from a credit card policy we will require a photocopy and details of the insurance cover that you hold. Please note that if you have insurance from another source and subsequently require our assistance in processing an insurance claim, this will incur a fee of at least $220. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other documentation used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including being non-refundable, non-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. These documents cannot be transferred to another person to use. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo id holder. An incorrect name on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and it may be cancelled. Any errors in names, dates and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at time of booking. As a general rule, your travel documents are issued by the service providers two weeks prior to departure. For any amendments after final payment a fee of $55 per document plus supplier fees will be charged. THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS Our tour itinerary is a guide only and although we will make every reasonable effort to adhere to the programme, we reserve the right to make any alterations as necessary. Alterations may come about due to weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, local festivals, renovations and/or upgrades or other reasons. Any additional expense incurred by the passenger is not our responsibility. Your travel arrangements are subject to the booking conditions of each travel provider you are using. Travel Team is responsible for advising upon travel arrangements and making the bookings. Travel Team is not responsible for cancellations of tours, loss or damage directly or indirectly caused by the airline or suppliers and other transport delays or reschedules, or insolvency, loss or damage to person, property delays, accidents, acts of war and force majeure impacting upon your travel arrangements. Travel Team acts as the wholesaler and at times only as an agent, depending on the product. Airfares included in your package holiday are provided in economy class. Travel Team cannot be responsible for seating allocation. PRIVACY STATEMENT Your contact information will be required by third party suppliers to accept and confirm a booking. Privacy Laws safeguard your personal details from being distributed for marketing purposes. Your information may be used by Travel Team for the purpose of relaying travel related information about you to third parties. You agree that our Travel Team representative or third party suppliers may take photographs of you while you are on holiday and that these may be used in our Group Brochures and/or advertising, publicity material or online without obtaining any further consent or payments in respect of such photographs and/or films.
