PARAMOUNT EQUITY FINANCIAL CORPORATION Paramount Equity Financial Corporation (PEFC) is a real estate investment firm and Mortgage Administrator that specializes in the origination and administration of 1st & 2nd position charge mortgages secured against residential, commercial, mixeduse commercial, and construction development real estate in Canada. Since 2006, we have been providing a complete array of mortgage services, including risk analysis, mortgage origination, underwriting, adjudication and property management on behalf of private investors throughout Canada. Our mandate for Preservation of Capital remains the cornerstone of our management philosophy. We do not compromise the security of capital in exchange for higher returns. Unlike the variable and uncertain returns of stock and mutual fund investments, we provide investors with a high annual return, low volatility, and the security of real-property backed investments. We believe in our safeguards, deal screening, underwriting, and exit strategies based on 8 years of trends in our portfolio. We believe PEFC s products and services to be the best mortgage investment opportunities in the industry. OUR UNDERWRITERS, OUR DIFFERENCE PEFC is not a matrix lender that takes a purely statistical approach to determining the risk of default on a loan or investment. Our Mortgage Brokerage division is licensed through the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and conducts all underwriting in-house. We investigate and assess the strength of every mortgage application on its individual merits, including the borrowers, the collateral property, the amount of equity, and the real estate market in which the property resides. Only those applications that are compatible with our sophisticated investment methodology and pass our risk assessment will receive final approval from Senior Management. Every deal is screened and all due diligence completed before PEFC commits to fund any mortgage investment. For further information, please contact: Paramount Equity Financial Corp. 37 Sandiford Dr, Suite 400 Stouffville, ON L4A 3Z2 Canada. doc v.10.0

MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Paramount Equity Financial Corporation s mortgage administration division is licensed through the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and provides sophisticated administration of all mortgages under management. Our administration services support the Silverfern Secured Mortgage Fund by maintaining each and every mortgage, working with the mortgagors to ensure their accounts are kept in good standing throughout the term, and that the experience of being a lender is entirely hands-off and automated from the perspective of the Unitholder. As the Mortgage Administrator for the Silverfern Secured Mortgage Fund, PEFC attends to any NSF payments, defaults, and damage repair to mitigate risk of loss, and, when needed, executes and completes notice of sale proceedings. FULL SERVICE PRODUCT LINE-UP PEFC provides complete end-to-end mortgage investing services, including, but not limited to: Fund Management Market Conduct (GDP, vacancy rates, job growth, income stability, etc.) Risk Management Adjudication Mortgage Origination Partnerships with industry leaders for origination and distribution Underwriting and Compliance Due Diligence Legal Due Diligence and Solicitor Funding Procedures Mortgage Administration Mortgage Management, Accounting, Reporting, etc. Monthly Mortgage Client Payment processing Monthly Investor interest payment processing and statement issuance Collections and Default Recovery Oversight on all default recovery legal action (Notice of Sale and Litigation of Legal proceedings) Property Management, Renovations, Maintenance Mortgage Renewal and Discharge processing

DIFFERENTIATION Paramount s competitors consist of small mortgage brokerages trying to enter into the same market space. They either have insufficient funds to compete with Paramount s vast distribution sources, or have a lack of administrative and underwriting experience, with little to no experience in managing default recovery procedures. Paramount has completed in excess of $475MM in first lien debt and $72MM in second lien debt across more than 880 second mortgage transactions. Only 82 Notices of Sale (9.32%) were issued, and only 20 evictions (2.27%) were required to dispose of property over the 9 years of trading from 2006-2015. AFFILIATIONS FSCO (Financial Services Commission of Ontario) CAAMP (Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals) Olympia Trust Company (Custodial Agent for registered plans investments) REIN (Real Estate Investment Network) Error & Omission Insured (Mortgage Brokerage & Mortgage Administrator) LinkedIn Real Estate Discussion Groups KEY MORTGAGE FIRM RELATIONSHIPS Paramount has negotiated an exclusive distribution arrangement through the Ontario Credit Unions, who have advised they require alternative lending of approximately 3 Billion dollars over the next four years. They have also indicated that they wish Paramount to provide funding for Western Canada within the next 12 months. The Home Trust Company (HTC) funds approximate $300MM monthly, and requires Paramount s funds to blend in with their mortgage advances in order to grow their advances from 80% to 90% LTV. This is expected to generate $360MM annually in origination. Due to newly tightened mortgage regulations, a blended product with HTC is cheaper than the CMHC cost to borrowers, and the limited amortization terms available. Equitable Trust, Merix Financial, and many other large distribution sources and industry leaders have indicated they want Paramount to provide the same funding as HTC requires from Paramount.»» Once these Distribution Sources commence funding through Paramount, we expect many other large distribution sources to come forward with the same requirements.
