Responses shall be returned in a sealed envelope to Rhona Kysilovsky at Massport, One Harborside Drive, Suite 200S, East Boston, MA 02128, prior to the due date January 29, 2014 by 1:00 p.m. Bids received after the due date will not be accepted. An original and two (2) copies must be included. The bid award vendor will be notified after all proposals are reviewed and evaluated. 2. Quoted prices will include all shipping, freight and handling charges, delivered to Massport, Logan Airport. 3. Prices offered shall remain firm for a period of six (6) months from the due date of this Proposal. 4. The successful bidder will meet with a representative from Fleet Maintenance prior to installing any equipment (Bill Crowley 617-561-1903). 5.
