The company is located in Pretoria, Gauteng Province. She is a qualified teacher with 14 years of experience within the education industry. In 2007 she was appointed as an office manager for Abasunguli Training Specialist which is also accredited by ETDPSETA. She was then qualified and registered as facilitator, assessor, and moderator. In 2008 she was appointed as a training manager to ensure that knowledge and skills transfer are conducted successfully. She introduced training of Early Childhood Development (ECD) Practitioners in the company. She was then appointed as the Project manger where she successfully managed ECD learnerships for l e v e l 4 a n d 5 i n b o t h c e r t i f i c a t e a n d d i p l o m a w i t h 9 7 % s u c c e s s r a t e. S h e e v a l u a t e d l e a r n i n g p r o g r a m m e s on Public Administration for Pseta. Evaluated Quality Management Systems for Pseta on service providers applying for accreditation. Conducted accreditation site visit appointed by Pseta on service providers applying for accreditation. Trained SAQA learners in National Certificate: Public Administration NQF Level 5 (USID# 50060) for Siyanqoba. Currently training 12 Department of Energy Employees in National Certificate: Public Administration NQF Level 5 ( US ID# 50060) for Siyanqoba. 2008 to 2010. Managed ECD National diploma level 5 training with 98% success rate. 2008 to 2009 Managed ECD Higher certificate level 4 and 5 training with 95% and 96% success rate. From 2007 to date she is conducting trainings, assessments, moderations on various skills programmes and qualifications. 2010/2011- Trained FET:ECD NQF level 4 for DirectFlo. June 2011 to November 2012. Facilitated, coordinated and quality assured FET: ECD NQF 4 for Matthew Goniwe School of Leadership and Governance. Monitored two facilitators. Assessed portfolios of evidence of twenty five learners that she trained for 2012 December to July 2013. Facilitated and assessed for Siyanqoba FET College, National certificate in Public Administration NQF level 5. 2013 to date. Our Management Background ETQA Manager Thandi Meyiwa Ms Thandi Meyiwa gained experience as a quality assurer when she was employed by the ETDP Seta as a verifier in the year 2002-2004. In 2005 she extended the same service TETA (transport seta) and SSSSETA (SAFETY AND SECURITY SETA) In 2005 she become the managing director at Abasunguli training specialist. In addition to the duties of running and managing the company, she worked with moderators to ensure compliance of the company to the ETDP seta, where the company is accredited.in 2009 she joined MD Goba & associates as the operations director. Administrator Sindi Nyuswa Sindi Nyuswa has extensive knowledge and vast experience in education, training and development programs, and is accredited by the ETDP seta as a qualified assessor. She has vast experience in enrolling, u p l o a d i n g, c a p t u r i n g l e a r n e r d a t a b a s e a n d l i a i s i n g w i t h l e a r n e r s.
