Vitality offers a range of health assessments to help you learn more about your health. The Personal Health Review Complete a Personal Health Review on www.discovery.co.za to find out your major health risk factors are, set and achieve health goals to address them and earn 5 000 Vitality points. You ll find out your Vitality Age, which is a measure of your health status relative to your biological age. Vitality adapts to your unique needs and creates personal pathways that you can follow to meet your health goals. Vitality Check Vitality Check is a range of screening tests that help you identify your risk for lifestyle-related chronic conditions. Vitality Check costs R95 and if you are a Discovery Health member this amount is paid for you from the Screening Benefit. All adults over 18 can have a Vitality Check at a pharmacy in the Vitality Wellness Network or their company s Wellness Day and earn Vitality points. Bonus points are awarded when your results are in the clinically acceptable range.
