What Happens While In The Program? At each discouraging juncture, you encouraged me to hang in and always presented a positive side and belief that I could overcome the financial problems we were having....page 2 It wasn t easy, but we worked together and accomplished our goal: Pay off all my creditors within my monthly budget, while hopefully reducing the amount owed, and stretching the payments over a long enough period of time that I could actually see it through. page 3 It was tough at times to come up with the monthly payment but we made it, didn t we. Two years may seem like a long time when surviving month to month however, when we made our final payment, it put time in perspective. page 4 He was up front about how hard it would be, and about how good it would be when it was over. And now that it finally is over, I can tell you with confidence that he was right. page 5 It was not very easy at first. My creditors call all day, every day. They insisted they would not work with Corporate Turnaround page 6 We have certainly had our ups and downs. We ve had a lot of laughs, and there were sure plenty of times I felt like crying! But through thick and thin we battled, day in and day out. At the end of it all, we even managed to come out on top! page 7 The next several months were very stressful However, whenever I called Adam in a panic and was ready to back out of the plan he reassured me that this is the toughest part and to hang in there. Slowly the calls began to fade away and the settlement offers came in. This was amazing to watch and experience. page 8 Many of our clients have authorized us to share their success stories. The attached testimonials represent the experiences of these companies in our program. Every restructuring is unique and under no circumstances should these be construed as a representation of what you can expect in our program. There is no guarantee as to savings or any specific results except if you qualify for Corporate Turnaround s guarantee, your company will pay back less than it owes at the time of settlement, including Corporate Turnaround s fees. To estimate the time it could take your company to complete our program, take your total amount of debt in the restructuring, which may increase over time, and divide it by what you are paying each month. The program may take more or less time to complete depending on your unique situation. Your credit may become further impaired during the debt restructuring process. Corporate Turnaround does not provide credit repair. Until a debt is resolved, debts may increase and creditors may continue with their collection efforts, including phone calls and legal action. Corporate Turnaround is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. If you are sued or are considering bankruptcy, you should seek advice from a licensed attorney. We reserve the right to decline any creditor into our program.

Publishers of Military Miniatures in Review Dear Adam, Well, my friend it s finally over! What seemed like an impossible task when we started back in 2005, has finally concluded and I couldn t be happier. Twenty creditors and $116,229.81 of debt later, I can honestly say that I feel like I can get on with the rest of my life. It wasn t easy, but we worked together and accomplished our goal: Pay off all my creditors within my monthly budget, while hopefully reducing the amount owed, and stretching the payments over a long enough period of time that I could actually see it through. Mission accomplished and JOB WELL DONE! I really want to express my gratitude towards such a great company that helped me so much through such a financially rough time. Adam, you re an absolutely fabulous advocate. You are a very kind person and showed tremendous concern and care for my situation. You were willing to help me in almost any way possible. You made sure I understood everything; no matter how small or large the question I had. You had wonderful patience with me. I feel as if I blew your personal phone line off the hook with my many questions. You never rushed me off the phone until I fully and completely understood the process. When all was said and done all my creditors were satisfied and CT even saved me $68,865.72 along the way. Incredible! I am so grateful that I chose Corporate Turnaround to help me and my business through this hard time. I hope that you can be rewarded in some way for such terrific customer service and performing your job with such care, compassion and patience! It would be my pleasure to refer Corporate Turnaround to anyone who is going through a difficult time financially. Heck, what small business owner isn t right now? Thank you so much everything. You guys are the best. Sincerely, Patrick A. Stansell Page 3

H C Roberts Automotive Repair, Inc. Boonville, NY 13309 10/29/09 Dear Corporate Turnaround, I would like to thank your company and staff, especially Adam Lang, for the tireless effort you have put into helping us resolve our debt during the last four years. When we first came to your company, we had two very small children at home, two mortgages, a mountain of personal debt, and a business that resembled a black hole; sucking up our every bit of time, energy and money. We had started our business with very little capital, so while we were never short of work, paying the bills and overhead was always a stretch. When the local furniture factory went out of business and left at least half of our customers unemployed, our accounts receivable soared, our cash flow stopped, and that stretch became a definite pinch. Luckily, or so we thought, we had good credit so financing was always available. In reality, it was too readily available. By the time we were ready to face the facts of our financial situation, we had roughly $57,000 in credit card debt alone. This didn t even account for our lines of credit, vendor accounts, overhead and back employment taxes. The stress of living with this kind of debt ate into every single part of our lives, personally, professionally, even physically. This was the point we were at when my husband called Corporate Turnaround and first spoke to Adam. He was knowledgeable, giving us facts while collection agents and lawyers only provided nebulous, sweeping threats. He was up front about how hard it would be, and about how good it would be when it was over. And now that it finally is over, I can tell you with confidence that he was right. As we move closer and closer to paying off the last bits of credit card debt and organizing our general finances, I m rediscovering many things I had thought were lost forever. Things like spending money, ample groceries and taking the kids for an occasional treat or a trip to the zoo. But more than that I ve discovered that I can breathe, laugh and sleep again. These things are priceless, so again I say thank you to Corporate Turnaround as a company, and to Adam Lang as a professional -- and a person. Sincerely, Catherine A.
