C 67 FUND DESCRIPTION The WisdomTree Japan Hedged SmallCap Equity ETF tracks a dividend-weighted index of Japanese small-cap stocks. The fund is hedged for currency fluctuations between the US dollar and Japanese yen. FACTSET ANALYTICS INSIGHT is the first currency-hedged product to target Japanese small-caps. The fund selects and weights its constituents based on dividends paid, and then hedges its exposure to the Japanese yen, thereby taking the fluctuations between the yen and US dollar out of the equation. In essence, is simply a currency-hedged version of WisdomTree's DJ. True to its mandate, the vast majority of its holdings are in small- and micro-cap firms, and it provides purer exposure to the space than our benchmark. Sector tilts can crop up, but in general, the bets it makes are very small. Liquidity is reasonable, with decent daily volume and modest spreads for the most part. Block liquidity is strong as well, although multiple block trades can move underlying prices. charges a modest fee, especially in light of its currencyhedging feature. However, tracking can be a bit loose, raising real-world holding costs.
