Bill Due Dates SPRING 2015 BILLING CALENDAR Students are responsible for checking PAWS on a regular basis because it is possible for changes to occur between billing cycles. Students are responsible for notifying the responsible bill payer and/or signing up the responsible bill payer to receive e-mail billing notifications. All billing notifications are done electronically via e-mail.
Online Payment Methods Credit Card E-Check Credit Card Payment Accepted Only On The Web TCNJ Accepts The funds can be debited from a U.S. checking or savings bank account in U.S. dollars. Please be sure to have your routing and checking account number readily available to complete this transaction. Our credit card processor charges a 2.35% convenience fee and accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. ***Checks drawn off of credit line accounts (money market checks or home equity checks) are not accepted.***
Payment in Person and by Mail You may pay with cash (in-person only), check, or money order. Checks shall be made payable to The College of New Jersey. Payment by check or money order can be sent to our bank s lock box: The College of New Jersey Office of Student Accounts PO Box 8500-1791 Philadelphia, PA 19178-1791 NOTE: Payments by mail may take up to 10 business days to post to a student s account. DO NOT SEND PRIVATE SCHOLARSHIP CHECKS TO THE PHILADELPHIA ADDRESS. The student s name and TCNJ PAWS ID number should appear on the check.
TuitionPay Installment Payment Plans Semester (5 months/5 payments) Covers just the semester bill Spring semester plan runs from December 25 th to April 25 th Back payment for December will need to be made at the time of enrollment. Semester enrollment fee of $25.00 Enrollment deadline for Spring: February 2 nd Full-Year (10 months/10 payments) Covers full year bill Runs from July 25 th to April 25 th Full-year enrollment fee of $45.00 Enrollment deadline for the Full-Year: August 30 th Note: If signing up for a full-year plan, be sure to double the amount from fall. Payments due on the 25 th of each month No credit check or co-signer needed; this is NOT a loan
Weekly Passes Commuting students may have a vehicle on campus. You must have a valid parking decal on your car to park on campus. Parents and visitors who come to campus need to obtain a Visitor Pass to park on campus. Passes can be obtained at the Information Booth in front of Loser Hall or from Campus Police Freshman residents are NOT eligible to have a car on campus, however certain exceptions are made. Off-campus employment is not an exception. For more information, visit http://parking.pages.tcnj.edu/. If you attended another institution for at least ONE YEAR and are living on campus, you are eligible to have a car on campus for the spring semester. Freshman have the option of purchasing up to two weekly passes to park on campus each semester In order to obtain these passes, students must bring their license and vehicle registration, with full payment, to The Office of Student Accounts
