Request for Proposal Internal Connections Network Switches Houston County Public Library System OVERVIEW This project is part of a USAC application for federal E-RATE funding. All providers wishing to bid must have a valid SPIN number and be in good standing with USAC. Proposers are expected to assist in the determination of individual component eligibility as outlined in the current USAC Eligible Services List.
